    In this video, I’m going to show you a follow a long workout you can complete with me at your home. This workout routine will hit your entire body and make you sweat more than ever!
    Whether your goal is to build muscle or lose weight, you don't necessarily have to ever step foot in a gym. However, to be effective in accomplishing your goals, you can use this perfect home workout paired with a few other follow along workouts on the bullyjuice channel to get you where you want to be!
    This perfect home workout will not only be me showing you the exercises, but I will also be working out with you as your virtual personal trainer! I will push you to finish! Do not give up on me!
    This workout for home is going to allow you to hit your total body in only 30 minutes! You don't need an excessively long workout and potential for doing too much without any particular guidelines. This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.
    COMPLETE this 30 min workout 1-3 times for (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 30-90- MINUTES)
    THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Jumping jacks to start the workout and warm the body up, steam engines to get the core warmed up as well, squats, burpees, supermans, which is a great back exercise, planks, rest breaks, imaginary jump ropes, calf raises, arm circles to get those shoulders burning, ankle taps, glute bridges, push ups, toe touches, mountain climbers, side planks, raise the roofs, and flutter kicks, bunny hops, & much more! This is a great home workout for men, as well as for women!

    I'm 57. Smoker for 40 years and haven't worked out in 20. Quit smoking on July 1 and started this workout daily. Could barely get through it on first day. Been doing this workout every morning every day for two weeks. Body already getting stronger. Thank you Mr Juice!

    61 year old former runner here. I was afraid that back pain had put an end to my running days. After trying this workout, the core exercises (the ankle taps, knee reaches, supermans, snow angels, and the planks) showed me how really neglected and weak my abdominal and back muscles were. After two months of this - cheating heavily at first and now less and less - my back feels a lot better. Thank you, Mr. Juice!

    I'm 30yo, in ok shape at 130 pounds without much fat, struggling living with my alcoolism, and I've never actually workout once in my life. I won't lie I made it to the 12 minute mark and even tough I kept pushing myself like crazy, I was exhausted and couldn't make it through, but you got yourself a fan forever dude. I've never actually felt this kind of pain and it satisfying, will be back tonight, tommorow, and for as long as it takes to get in shape, and to be proud of myself.

      Stick with it! I was doing this workout for a couple of months before it started feeling manageable. I've always played sport, but I'm also quite a lot older than you, so you should build your fitness that bit quicker.

    one year ago today I started working out again and I started by getting up every morning and following this video. Over time I did a lot of other bully juice videos and bought some dumbells and started running. Since then I have done 2 10k races and a half marathon and am now training for a sprint triathlon. I still follow a bullyjuice video at least once a week as part of my morning workout and am so grateful for every video that is on this channel. Thanks bully for being the spark that got the fire going in me to achieve more than i ever thought possible for myself. God bless you, you really are awesome.

    After doing many of these workouts, I always seem to gravitate back to this one - it's always challenging, always effective. After about a year of following Bullyjuice's routines, my cardio is better than when I was going to the gym. Go figure. Thanks Bullyjuice - you're doing great work, inspiring many! Finding your channel was one of the best things to happen during COVID.

    I’m a 14 year old kid I’m over weight like 180+ instead of trying to stay fit I always played videos games to escape but I finally opened my eyes thanks my mother telling me how she really feels about me and that I need to change so for a month straight I’m going to do this work out for 30 minutes maybe more, my first day was challenging but I know it will be better thanks for the video, maybe you can help me with some better tips on eating if you can thanks I really appreciate have a great rest of your day and stay safe much love💪🏽

    Been doing this 30 min workout for 12 weeks every other day and the 10 min jumping jacks workout on my off days and I've gone from 215 to 199 pounds, all while gaining muscle, esp in my chest and legs. I had gained almost 30 pounds during covid so I'm really excited with my progress (by the way, I am 6'3" and 60 yrs old).Thank you BULLY!

    This was really helpful. I finally initiated my fat burning/weight loss journey with using your videos. Straight to the workout, different variations, not too long breaks in between exercises and 5 sec reminder that the next exercise is coming. This really broke a sweat from me. I’ve been weight training for 2 years now, I just wanna be more of a flexible athlete. Thanks to your videos and my dedication/commitment, I can accomplish that goal.

    Whew!!! I just did this 30 min workout for the time since I had covid back in May 2022. I used to alternate the 30-40 min workouts but from May-Aug I couldn't really workout at all besides walking. I finally got enough breath back to start the 10 min workout in Sep and then the 20 min workout in Oct-Nov. I got thru the whole 30 mins today without stopping so I am majorly proud of myself. Go Bully! Go me!! Also if I can do it so can YOU.

    I do this on days I don't make it to the gym. Makes me sweat, and I'm improving in form and repetition! My burpees are better than ever!     So glad I found this workout. Currently recovering from a broken ankle for the last 7 month. Been sat around and not watching my intake. Ended up been 15stone. So I started my fitness goal on the 9th feb 2022 first two days i just went for a slow walk did 2 miles then next day over 3 miles. then found Bully's workouts so I do 30 min workout and then do 1500 skipping jumps. I am watching what I eat now. At first it was hard to get going but now the feeling I get is great. ive already lost over half a stone again feel great

      TheEasyPeasy Squad Don’t stop I’m a girl who hasn’t worked out in like 3 weeks and I could complete it. There are breaks in the video but you can always pause for longer rest time if needed. Or if some are too hard just modify them.

    Hey man you don't know me but you have been my mountain, my trainer, and brother in a strange way in 2022. Im 6'3" 273 lbs in January of last year and now im a very sexy 216 lbs if i do say so myself 😭💪🏿. I had a lot of issues but you helped me through it thanks a lot.     To the people scrolling I was you. You can do whatever you want whether it's 20lbs or more like me...I know you can stay consistent and don't quit do it for yourself you won't regret it I promise whatever you're going through it's only thirty minutes changing your life for the better is beyond worth it.     i consider it a huge improvement for someone who arent active

    What an excellent workout. If you do this once a week, the 5 min morning workout every morning and the 20 min upper body workout once a week, there's really no need for going to a gym. Thank you for your great videos, they help so much!

      Okay I have starter doing that, but on the days I am also doing the 20 or 30 min workout, should I add the 5 min morningy workout to that? Which makes it 25 or 35 mins in total in a day for those days in the week? :)

      @@PenguinBonBon Although it should be more than fine just doing the 20 and 30 min workouts, I like adding the 5 min mini workouts from time to time, since I can do them at work in between two meetings...

    I recently worked out earlier, and I was drenched in sweat! But it was worth it, because I plan on working out 30 minutes a day! Keep up the amazing job! 💪💪💪💪

    Thank you Bully. I'm doing your workouts for 6 months (20 min one, this one, 20 min fat burn, packs, chest, 15 min arms workout, 10 min shoulder workout) 2-3 times at week (about 1h per day, depending) and I feel good, with a lean build. Still I have some fat on my belly but it's OK, even with a 13-14% body fat im happy of my body, thank to you! Wish you good things.

    Savage workout. I included it in my splits like 3x during a week. I've been training for 10 years straight, but nothing had gave me results like this workout, precisely in a way of mood regulation, swiftness, flexibility, overall endurance mixed with strength improvement.     I just started doing these work outs and can already see results! My starting weight of doing these was 220lbs. On the second day I went down to 217lbs. Now on my third day I’m at 215lbs. Thanks man, and keep of the good content!
