The Sephora descriptions all sound so similar (glowy vs. radiant vs. light reflecting, all natural finishes, recommended for dry skin). Would love your opinion on differences in wear time, coverage, formula, etc. Hard to know which to try!
They are all semi similar. I would say the biggest differences for me are how much coverage they all have. The longwear radiant is a top fave it's prob. Got the fullest coverage out of the 3. Then sheer glow would be more medium. And the newest one that's light reflecting is the lighter coverage. Just depends on what you prefer. All stunning tho. :)

Purito came out with two new shades, 13 and 15, for people who don’t want the gray undertone. I wear the same shade as Jessica in a lot of foundations and I prefer the 13. It’s a touch yellow maybe but totally wearable on me and the 15 is too dark and peachy. Anyway thought I’d share for those who have been waiting for the new “non-gray” shades. The gray makes me look sickly as I’m neutral leaning warm. First impression is it’s really pretty.
The Essence Pretty Natural foundation is PERFECTION for oily skin. It looks the best when you apply it with a damp sponge, working in sections. It blends beautifully and the shades look very natural. No fragrance too!

That Physician's Formula Butter Believe it foundation is shockingly good! I found that one via Taylor Wynn too - she talked about it in a video about products that do well in summer heat and humidity and made it sound super appealing. And OMG was I was blown away! The coverage is insane. When you first start applying it you'll think "oh no - this is too much" but then you buff it out a little and it sets down and it just looks GORGEOUS. I save it for fuller makeup look days or when I'm having a really bad flare of my rosacea (I'm so fair and it can be so deeply red it's purple) and need the extra coverage and I get compliments on how lovely my skin looks almost every time I wear it. It's so, so good.
I don't wear much anymore because I'm working from home and on video calls all day. But then I realized wearing make-up is something I enjoy and I need to do it for me, not just for others. I do love the L'oreal serum foundation over the No. 7 perfecting skin tint primer. I'm 55 and this combo is amazing.
The Shiseido foundation….. omg so amazing. It’s the only thing that’s gotten me through the last months of Accutane because it dries down even on top of a super thick moisturizing cream BUT doesn’t cling to dry patches. Covers scars but looks like skin! Remarkable
I would watch the comparison video of the drugstore tinted foundations in a heartbeat. I don't own any high end foundations. I can't afford them (and I'm 35 and never owned one) so affordable make up videos are gold! Can't wait to see that video and hope I don't miss the notification. Also, this video is very helpful in case I do purchase a higher end product in the future. I'm also afraid to drop 50 bucks on one product that is pricey (that's just crazy) bc I don't want to get the wrong shade or not be happy with the product so this gives me ideas of how they preform. Sadly, Mac DID replace the original face and body with the new “radiant” version. Love your declutters as they’re so motivating to me plus we have similar tastes and the same skin tone so if I’m vacillating between different shades, I just check to see which one worked best for you. 😍
I don’t notice a difference between the old and new Mac. I wore F&B for many years as my only foundation so i think I’d be able to tell. What I do notice is a difference in shades. I think they expanded their shade line which means that certain shades don’t exactly translate. I purchased my usual C4 and it was too dark/orangey for my skin but going down to C3 was perfect. Highly recommend swatching prior to purchasing. Beautiful foundation and it’s easy to literally slap on with fingers and go (I pair with Bare Minerals serum concealer, which appears to have been discontinued! NO!!! 😱)
love how the Wet N Wild looks on my skin, and don't mind the applicator either, but the crazy fragrance means I can't use it at all - in fact, have to wash my face several times to get over the reaction.
Most foundations are so orange or yellow on my skin tone and the Missha BB in 23 is my FAV mixing foundation because it neutrals out other foundations that are so so warm. I've never mixed it with a foundation that it didn't work with... love that!
The Nars pump also fits on the Wet N Wild Dewy foundation, I know you said u like the lil spatula but I'm w most others & didn't like it so now w the pump I love the foundation too.

I mix my very high coverage foundation like the CT one with moisturizer or an illuminating primer to sheer it out and I absolutely love using them that way because you can customize the coverage to how you like it! From extremely sheer all the way to a high medium depending on how much you add! You should try it out! I like you prefer light coverage for everyday but I like more coverage for my glam nights out!
My mom used to gift me Korean BB creams, and I would wear those for years :) However, after I ran out or they expired, it was very difficult for me to find a replacement. I bought the Missha BB cream, because of your recommendation and I LOVE IT. Thank you so much!
What I did with old makeup that wouldn’t do it for me or was expired is give it to my niece and nephew to make art with. Like if you mix foundation with lipstick, it’ll be paint with a different texture. Could make hand art or something like that. It’ll get thrown out might as well let them have fun with it
When l repurchased my MAC F&B l was told Radiant was for normal to dry skin & Original was geared towards normal to oily skin. Those comparisions of the Purito & Missha were priceless, I've always been keen but really hesitant with shades ❤

Try mixing the purito with Elta md tinted sunscreen. It’s my every single day go to for natural but covered. Literally just a few pumps of elta and a squirt of purito.I mix in my hand and apply like sunscreen/moisturizer then just use my fingers to press and blend all in. Love it, so easy and I don’t feel like I have a ton of makeup on

Yours are the only declutter videos I watch and actually look forward to, because not only are you cut-throat when it comes to getting rid of stuff, but you also explain why you're getting rid/keeping products. You should try the bourjois healthy mix foundation. All of your recommendations have been perfect for me and I think you'll love it. You can only find it on Amazon for like 8$ I'm in the shade vanilla.

I love the nars soft matte it keeps me matte but not dry.. I want to try the new one so bad. I also love the wet and wild foundation and the tint. And the rare beauty foundation. It all comes down to preferences and skin type. I’ve found a lot of others from you since we have the same skin type. But sometimes I want a soft matte other days I want a glow other days I want a tint.

I still can’t believe you don’t have the Kosas tinted oil foundation. I absolutely love it! We have very similar skin type/color… shade 3.5, just pat it in with your fingertips and it’s gorgeous!!!

I’ve noticed the people I’ve seen that don’t like it make the mistake of using too much. I use like 3 drops and it’s enough for my entire face and neck.

Interesting to watch you declutter your foundations while I declutter! I got rid of the wet n wild tinted foundation because it pulls orange on my very pale skin. It is a nice foundation but their shade range needs some work.

Love these videos. I never owned the old Face and Body. But I love the newer radiant one. Of course I probably will never know what I had been missing out on with the old version. Overall people seem to prefer the first version if they do a comparison. I would love to see you do a review of the newest Nars foundation. Steph Ledda was raving about it. I cannot agree with you more about the pretty natural from essence. I am using up the rest of the tube only because I am a teacher & I don’t do as much in person so it works for my online teaching 😝. I FAR prefer wet and wild tinted hydrator as well as their dewy foundation and the Maybelline Fit Me. Those three are “all stars” for only $5 each. Bummed you don’t like the flower beauty serum one. I bought that because Kelly Gooch suggested it but it’s still new in package. I will look out for your speed review because I also bought the new L’Oreal one and have not yet opened it.
So here for the drug store tinted moisturiser video! I have the WnW tinted hydrator and I LOVE it! Nars Sheer glow is one of my fave foundations, along with the Flower Beauty Light Illusion Foundation - if you haven't tried that one yet I think you would really like it! ❤️
I see a few of my faves like the ELF CC camo, NARS tinted moisturiser, sheer glow and radiant longwear foundations and Shiseido foundation! I've not tried any of the others, but I'm excited to get the New NARS foundation that was just released as I've always loved NARS for complexion products

Yes to tinted compare. Maybelline bb is so great but didn't get alot hype. Easy apply, lasts any weather. The wet wild tinted hydrator i hated, it never settled or set on my skin. Add in to that No7 all in 1... haven't tried it but I'm curious as it has high as spf.
I enjoy that Smashbox Halo as well but irritating that it doesn't have an expiration date on it. I used it more during the summer, I feel like that's when it matched my skin better
I gotta say I think u are correct about the Ilia because the very first thing I said when this video first started was Jessica's face looks white today...like I could tell u looked slightly whiter than usual....so yes I think go up one shade darker ❤️❤️❤️

I like to mix a drop of the loreal age perfect with the pretty natural from essence to add a little luminosity.. perfect bedfellows! :D

i'm hoping to do a declutter soon! i have so many bins of makeup from like 7 years ago (not that i use it, but i'm emotionally attached lol) this is inspiring me to part with stuff just sitting in my drawers! but makeup from 2013-2015 is just SO nostalgic for me!

I think the L’Oréal age perfect radiant serum foundation is a good dupe for the urban decay Hydromaniac glowy tinted hydrate foundation! I love the UD one! You might like it too Jess! Def give it a try :)

Try mixing the purito with Elta md tinted sunscreen. It’s my every single day go to for natural but covered. Literally just a few pumps of elta and a squirt of purito.I mix in my hand and apply like sunscreen/moisturizer then just use my fingers to press and blend all in. Love it, so easy and I don’t feel like I have a ton of makeup on

You're really the QUEEN of declutters for me Jess! Yours are the only declutter videos I watch and actually look forward to, because not only are you cut-throat when it comes to getting rid of stuff, but you also explain why you're getting rid/keeping products. And it all just makes so much sense. ❤️ You inspire me to declutter my own collection, but honestly right now I only own one foundation, 2 BB creams and 3 cushion foundations.. and I love them all so I might skip on decluttering base products. 😆 My lip collection needs to be sorted out though, I'm pretty sure a lot have already expired.
You should try the bourjois healthy mix foundation. All of your recommendations have been perfect for me and I think you'll love it. You can only find it on Amazon for like 8$ I'm in the shade vanilla.

I love the nars soft matte it keeps me matte but not dry.. I want to try the new one so bad. I also love the wet and wild foundation and the tint. And the rare beauty foundation. It all comes down to preferences and skin type. I’ve found a lot of others from you since we have the same skin type. But sometimes I want a soft matte other days I want a glow other days I want a tint.
I wish I had enough makeup to do a declutter lol I have the wet n wild skin tint and I love it. There's so many products I wish i could buy but, my cats and dogs need food more than I need makeup.
No you’re doing good don’t let social media make you aspire towards overconsumption & waste. No shade towards TH-camrs but I feel that all this content makes us subconsciously aspire to own much more than we could ever use and that’s not good for the environment and just won’t improve your life overall, it’s just unnecessary. I still can’t believe you don’t have the Kosas tinted oil foundation. I absolutely love it! We have very similar skin type/color… shade 3.5, just pat it in with your fingertips and it’s gorgeous!!!

@@laurajesso88 I can’t remember either, and I haven’t seen her declutter it or anything… it’s such a great foundation for normal/dry skin when you like skin tint-type products though. I’ve noticed the people I’ve seen that don’t like it make the mistake of using too much. I use like 3 drops and it’s enough for my entire face and neck.

Interesting to watch you declutter your foundations while I declutter! I got rid of the wet n wild tinted foundation because it pulls orange on my very pale skin. It is a nice foundation but their shade range needs some work.

Love these videos. I never owned the old Face and Body. But I love the newer radiant one. Of course I probably will never know what I had been missing out on with the old version. Overall people seem to prefer the first version if they do a comparison. I would love to see you do a review of the newest Nars foundation. Steph Ledda was raving about it. You guys always make the best recs. Taylor Wynn and Allana Davison as well.
I don’t notice a difference between the formula of the old F&B (which I loved and was the only thing I wore!) and the new one. Glad you like the new one! It’s so pretty and fast to apply.

I cannot agree with you more about the pretty natural from essence. I am using up the rest of the tube only because I am a teacher & I don’t do as much in person so it works for my online teaching 😝. I FAR prefer wet and wild tinted hydrator as well as their dewy foundation and the Maybelline Fit Me. Those three are “all stars” for only $5 each. Bummed you don’t like the flower beauty serum one. I bought that because Kelly Gooch suggested it but it’s still new in package. I will look out for your speed review because I also bought the new L’Oreal one and have not yet opened it.
So here for the drug store tinted moisturiser video! I have the WnW tinted hydrator and I LOVE it! Nars Sheer glow is one of my fave foundations, along with the Flower Beauty Light Illusion Foundation - if you haven't tried that one yet I think you would really like it! ❤️

I see a few of my faves like the ELF CC camo, NARS tinted moisturiser, sheer glow and radiant longwear foundations and Shiseido foundation! I've not tried any of the others, but I'm excited to get the New NARS foundation that was just released as I've always loved NARS for complexion products
JESSIE GIRL! Use a really nice hydrating oil and then use the charlotte tilbury flawless finish foundation with a beauty blender and i promise it will be the most gorgeous foundation ever for a more full cover day. (for reference i have dry skin)

Frankly I’ve moved on from make-up (have settled on what works for me for now) in my life, and moved on to my current focus which is renovating and design in my home, so obviously I’m “sucking up” videos like XO MaKenna is putting out. Yes to tinted compare. Maybelline bb is so great but didn't get alot hype. Easy apply, lasts any weather. The wet wild tinted hydrator i hated, it never settled or set on my skin. Add in to that No7 all in 1... haven't tried it but I'm curious as it has high as spf.

I enjoy that Smashbox Halo as well but irritating that it doesn't have an expiration date on it. I used it more during the summer, I feel like that's when it matched my skin better
I love mixing the missha with the catrice, i love both of them and combined them and its so good.
I gotta say I think u are correct about the Ilia because the very first thing I said when this video first started was Jessica's face looks white today...like I could tell u looked slightly whiter than usual....so yes I think go up one shade darker ❤️❤️❤️
