Waiting time: 15 mins if YOU CAN FIT INSIDE with so many people like JAPAN. Can extend 1.5 hrs waiting time: 7am going to work or 5 pm (going home) 🤣

As a german fitness coach i can confirm.. the "my locker is taken" issue is a real thing. People actually come to the front desk in pure disbelief that THEIR favourite locker is not available.. but you are off with the 5 min before opening. Real apex almans arrive about 30 min early. And wait in their car in the parking lot.😅

Just energetically walking on max incline actually makes sense, burns quite the calories without the strain on your joints. Did it this way for the short time I was actually going to gyms. I don't like people, so I work out at home. It works better than you think.
