混合醬:
蠔油1 1/2湯匙
生抽1湯匙
紅糖1湯匙
適量胡椒粉
廚用酒1湯匙

蝦乾1安士(29克)

蒜頭2瓣
適量薑
粉絲2扎

腐乳3件
腐乳水1湯匙
生抽1湯匙

After using the ribs and mushrooms for soup, will there be less taste when you make a dish with them?
Cut the ribs into larger pieces and boil 30 mins. The flavor should be retained better.

買冬菇要睇質素 , 我多數買厚身的花菇, 炆煮就買貴一些, 蒸魚煲湯就買薄身香菇, 中等價錢或中上價錢。
