      We have been using it too. Not tuned exactly for roofing, but super easy and the customer communication is awesome with text, portal, etc. It has a polished Facebook like feel.

    We use Acculynx and love it. It links to ABC and is simple for measurement tracking. It's expensive and a bit inflexible, but works for our multigenerational staff.

    Great breakdown! We love integrating with JobNimbus (our first major integration), but we also integrate with JobProgress, AccuLynx, and others! We've seen great setups on all three. Seems like it comes down to the personal preference and proper setup on which works best. Like Heath said, you can make any of them work if you put in the time to make the machine run properly.

    Thanks for the video.... Im heading to Western States roofing convention in Vegas very soon and picking a crm is my main reason for going. I've looked into a few but want to ask the reps some questions in person before making such a big decision.

    If you can afford it Salesforce is the future for all crm. Majority of fortune 500 use it. I've seen companies leave Salesforce to save money only to come back.

    Great content, Dmitry.
    I am curious how Job Nimbus exports your data after years of use. How do they export pictures, attachments, job folders, customer data, etc seamlessly into any other program I would be moving to (for ex. Salesforce)?
    You seem to be very confident that they can do this ‘easily’ without any extra charge since I own the data. Is this correct?

    • @JobNimbusCRM
      @JobNimbusCRM ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Brown, that is correct your data can be exported through reports to an excel file, on the contact/job document, and photos by selecting "Download All."

    Acculynx is expensive... But it can handle massive volume. Acculynx wants to be a one-stop-shop but I think this hinders its speed to rollout improvements... Your thoughts on Roofing Business Partner with its Hubspot/Arrivy combo?

    Used Acculynx for several years. Switched to Job Nimbus because of cost. Hate Job Nimbus! Comparing Job Nimbus to Acculynx is like comparing Windows 95 to Windows 10 (for PC users). Acculynx is far easier to use and is much more robust. Considering switching back to Acculynx.

      @@RoofingInsights3.0 Not sure what Dmitry means when he says that the user doesn't control the data in Acculynx. Acculynx doesn't own your data. The user is free to take his data and migrate if he wants to. The way the data works is no different in Job Nimbus.
      But yes... The downside to Acculynx is how much they charge! It's expensive.

    • @jennholman8441
      @jennholman8441 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@homesteadroofing The feedback we get is they lock up your account or make it extremely difficult mainly when they know you are leaving. I am working with a company who needed their data for a lawsuit with a homeowner and Acculynx still will not turn it over because they ended their subscription. It's powerful leverage that no CRM should exercise and that's why it is imperative to ask these questions. Acculynx customers in this scenario oftentimes resort to paying to keep one seat just to keep access avoiding the hurdles posed when they move to another CRM. Also even when a 3rd party DM company does intervene to help before ending the subscription Acculynx sends "cease and desist letters to all involved." Even when they eventually do get the data, the time spent and the battle is the more frustrating part for customers and what I hear weekly.

    Making a decision a crm for my company tomorrow. I played with both extensively. Acculynx actually seems less user friendly to me. There are a lot of buried menus. I do like the way acculynx shows leads and the options to sort leads is nice with acculynx. But running a job from start to finish seems easier with nimbus.
    Just make a decision for me. Nimbus or Lynx. Thanks.

    Dmitry, can you ask jobNinbus why they can’t get a deal with SRS to do the integration 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I’ve asked Ben in one of his videos, I’m asking SRS, and they have told me they’re willing to do what they have to do, but JobNinbus is not showing interest to partner up with them. I know you are a fan of SRS, and you do recommend JobNimbus. I’ll appreciate you big time 👊🏼

      Our customers use multiple suppliers depending on their business vertical so they can easily order materials from any supplier out of JobNimbus. As far as integrating a supplier catalogue or syncing your supplier account we are in talks with both SRS and ABC. For now, our customers integrate Beacon Pro Plus beautifully. I'll post any updates we have here for ya.

      Thanks for your response; I appreciate you. So that you know, I’ve heard about these conversations for two years. Also, I have been told that SRS integrates with job progress. Here is the problem. I would love to work with you (JobNinbus and SRS). I believe you both have great things going on, and this will be great for the entire roofing community. I hope you guys can work together to make this possible sooner rather than later. 🤎🤎

    Acculynx is terrible in regards to data ownership. They also want 1% if you process ACH checks with their software (with NO CAP) quickbooks caps it at $10 which is reasonable. $45,000 job = $450 fee… in QB that would be $10. WTF….

    Does JobNimbus still pay you and/or any of your affiliates a marketing fee for repping their Company? If yes, don't you think it would be more fair/ethical to disclose that paid JobNimbus relationship up front prior to the unilateral recommendation? If no ... what year did that paid marketing relationship with JobNimbus end? Thank you for clarification.

Yes, we do have relationship with job nimbus, and I always disclose it. They are always listed as a partner. When it comes to content I speak from experience and share nightmare stories to help roofers not to make the same mistakes twice.
