I retired at age 48 & live debt free. My parents both were intelligent with masters degrees but started with nothing. My mom was an immigrant & my dad was born during the Great Depression & wore his mother's red shoes to school at one point growing up.

I also agree with Anthony about buying land and leaving a legacy or generational wealth and wisdom. Hi I am big fan of your show but realistically I think how much people get paid Is not matching inflation .. i would love to see you do a social experiment breaking down how someone with kids who makes 5k a month can build wealth not living check to check In a 6 -12 month period.
