YES! The greatest moment for me is "It's easier to clean someone else's garage than your own." I'm 30 this year, and ever since I've become conscious of myself, I've always felt out of place.. Like... I've never felt fulfilled doing anything for myself, but the joy and happiness I've felt for doing anything and everything for anybody else is... Beyond description. And here, now, at 5:54 in the morning, the moment I heard Dr. Joe answer your last question, everything just clicked, into place. Just perfect. So you have my gratitude for that😘

It's crazy, I watched this video and implemented his teachings, and literally a week later, the woman of my dreams came into my life, and we are now madly in love. I didn't do a damn thing. It's so crazy that when you resonate with the experience you want to have, you dont have to work so hard to make it happen. She is absolutely amazing.

Because you decided to give people benefit of doubt.
And accept that nobody is perfect, nobody is only bad....
Or as Dr. Joe Dispenza says most interesting thing he learned is that just because you have a thought, it doesn´t mean its true.
Some people understand that I may have 60 000 thoughts day , or subconscious thoughts but it doesn´t mean they are 100 percent true.
Because outside of comfort zone is freedom abundance etc.

I carried a father wound for 40+ years. Got into a relationship that mirrored my father’s wounding and crashed. I was finally able to meditate and heal that wound, forgave my father and told him afterward my meditation that I loved him. Which I never have done before. We finally healed our relationship after 40 years and never felt so free. I felt an intergenerational contract complete, it was the most exciting feeling I have had.

    • @PixelatedReality80
      @PixelatedReality80 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@madhuy9389 I did my own inner child meditation process. Because I have done a lot of insight work on my childhood, my relationships with those in my childhood, events how they made me feel, I reflected how it is repeated in present relationships and how they feel similar. So, I wrote down where I felt abandoned and in my meditation guided my inner mind to those moments to witness and feel them as they are happening. Then I guide to my father (as an example) and why he did those things, as an adult and as his own inner child and where it stemmed from in his childhood. I guided myself to see how he sees me respond to him after knowing his own trauma and pain. Then I will come out of it once I get the insight I was seeking. This isn’t for everyone, especially if trauma is deeply painful.

I totally agree. It makes you wonder why they dont teach this to kids in school. I feel like it's by design so that our power is stripped at a young age. Can you imagine what this country would be like if everyone lived this way? The powers that be that profit from us being powerless would lose control, and their profits would dip. This is why they dont teach it at school.

That quote came from Alex Collier, the guy who claims he is a contactee of people from the Andromedan galaxy. He's been claiming, since the 1990s, that the Andromedans had technology that showed him all his past lives, and also said to him, "The love you withhold is the pain you will carry, lifetime after lifetime." There are videos on TH-cam from the 90s of him saying this very quote.

If you are eternal/soul/Holy Spirit, than it’s logical you’ll experience multiple lifetimes or according to Dr. Joe Dispenza (and many others) teachings parallel lives in the eternal present moment of the now. Everything (past, present, future) is right here right now. So if you have chosen this life to learn something in this chosen (from your soul) life and for some reason you don’t then you will repeat or choose the default setting in your parallel lifetime. Hence creating similar experience/lifetime as this one.

Use some of the tactics he mentioned! Meditation is one. A second is look at things that make you angry or anxious and realize that these are learned emotions (memories) from the past and by not addressing them, we are actually manifesting them and ensuring their reoccurrence. A third is write out what you want from a partner and then be that for yourself. Work on settling our bodies down from the emotional states of anger anxiety etc “Now is the new later!” Take your power back by overcoming your emotions which equals forgiveness. This is life changing.

@@mitrakhalili-rad1921 Hey Mitrak! You don't have to "feel" like you already have it... you simply must have 💯 Faith that you are a powerful being who when you have a thought.. that desire is yours because you say so. It's literally about having the courage to not allow anything or anyone make you feel fear/doubt towards receiving that desire and remaining in the "knowing" that it's already yours. In other words, if it's money you want, disregard what's in your bank account and never have thoughts of "I don't have enough" or "I can't afford that." It's best not to tell others about what you're manifesting either because they will almost always put doubt in your mind.
Remember that you are part of the universe.. you are a powerful being.. you always get what you want no matter what❤

There’s another different kind of language I listen to Dr. Ramani and she talks about narcissist and she says we do not have to forgive narcissist we do not have to forgive them because they hijacked our soul. However when I look at Dr. Ramani’s face her face does not look relaxed her face looks angry and tense when I look at Dr. Joe Dispenza‘s face his face looks relaxed and not angry so to draw my own conclusions I guess we really do have to forgive narcissist as well

I started doing this work about 6 weeks ago. I visualised and really felt like I had my graphic design job in my own office and it was perfect for the type of work I do. I got that job 2-3 weeks later. Before doing this work I was negative for years and in the victim mindset. When I changed my energy and thoughts, my life changed. It actually scared me how real it is being completely honest.

Since then, the immense love and Life energy is pouring through me, and my only task is to remove the obstacles to love that I have allowed to build inside of me. There is nothing more important in your life than doing this. Once you awaken your true self, everything else false in place as you see everyone as part of you. ❤

The reason why people fear that it's going to happen again: they were taught that if you are loving and play by the rules nothing bad will happen and other people around you will protect you. But they won't, you are all on your own in many cases.
No amount of love or self-love will prevent this from happening. Quite the opposite, bad things can really come crashing in or abusive people want to mooch on your energy more and manipulate you.
Of course you should feel good about yourself and heal from your past, but worthiness and feeling happiness will not prevent bad things in your life. Embrace every experience in life.

    • @charleneg.4053

I felt that because I’m going through trying to heal my broken heart from my husband cheating on me. I’m absolutely afraid it will happen again. But when he said stop looking to the past for the answer because it’s not there, I felt that too. For 6 months now I’ve sat with and over analyzed this pain and I really want to let this emotion go because it’s caused so much anxiety for me. It’s so unhealthy. I’m still struggling, but going 3 steps ahead 1 step back. I have to learn that I can trust myself instead of trying to trust someone else to create my own happiness. I can’t prevent bad things from happening, but I’m hoping to create positive experiences through envisioning and manifesting. You are whatever you think you are. If you think it will happen to you, then it will. I have made changes on my part and if nobody else benefits, I know I will. You can’t control what happens, but you can control your response. It’s so hard because our memories exist in order to protect us.

I have been living so much in love on my own, but my problem is finding a partner that is as well. I don’t feel that I need anyone at all, but I’ve yet to meet anyone that’s in this type of secure and healthy space as well. It’s been several years of practicing presence and the more connected to presence I feel, the more I notice the separation in others. I have to say it’s made dating almost more difficult!

Get an astrology reading. What all these experts lack is actual scientific esoteric knowledge. There are specific transits to your natal chart and life cycles when you can attract love easier. In the last 15 years Pluto has been in Capricorn. Perhaps it affected your relationship/love sector in some way. It is now in Aquarius as of 2024 and things will shift.

@joannaharrison7368 it's not about forgiving and forgetting. You don't forget but you heal from it such that emotions are not up whenever you think about it. You're free to move on, not giving power to that person in terms of anger. Forgiveness is about you and not the other person. When you forgive you, free yourself even when you meet that person you're not angry. You build boundaries for that person so that you're not hurt again. Look into Forgiveness for you to be free and heal so that you can soar I your life. Best wishes ❤

We don't love ourselves and/or others until we awaken to who we truly are. We can have very conditional attractions, but these turn into hatred very fast. To love, one has to wake up to one's true reality and that does not come at asking or forcing. We make ourselves available by means of self inquiry and then it is up to Grace. When the veil is lifted, we realize that there is no subject or object of love, there is no us or another, but love that we are all a part of.

Why do people hold on for resentment? My personal take on this is.. You have to be taught to let go. If you have to learn by yourself, it takes longer than if someone teaches you.. I had no idea i had a choice other than resentment until someone or something taught me that forgiveness and understanding are options too. Love your channel! Thanks for the food for thought 😉

@@user-xu4xj2cd2j it's been on my mind how to respond to that because I feel it's not my position to say. However I still have some strategies if you're open to them.
First, the easiest is.. Have u seen Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban? If you've seen it, then the strategy I'm referring to is Prf. Lupin's Ridiculus class. I do that when I'm annoyed at someone and then it gets funny 😁
Second. Kung fu panda 2 last battle with Shen.
Third. Dan Millman's Way of the Peaceful awarrior. The movie, or the books.
Fourth. Dr. Richard Bandler 's Book Frogs into princes for how to restructure experiences and how to use your imagination to heal trauma, phobias, fears, belief change and so on and so forth.
Fith. TM. That's transcendental meditation. I personally love to listen to Dr. Deepak Chopra 's guided meditations, there's tons of them on youtube so take your pick.
Sixth and final one. I have a mantra from the Course of Miracles that i keep in mind for about 5 to 10 mins when I'm stuck in a loop f anger and resentments. It goes like this
Every decision I make is a choice between a grievance and a miracle. I relinquish all regrets, grievances and resentments, and choose the miracle.
And finally, remember u are not a rock... Static and immobile. You are a river of energy, intelligence and information that's constantly moving and experiencing this Universe. It's ok to feel anger and resentment and fear and anxiety, but to remember that's just a part of the spectrum. There are other parts of the scenery. So let go of what is unpleasant and embrace what is pleasant! 🙏

True, people hold on to grudges as a protective blanket, remembering past hurts so they wont be taken advantage of again. There is a fine line between completely letting go and remembering the wisdom learnt from past hurt

Hey Purple! Agreed! When we love ourselves unconditionally we never allow past/present/future circumstances to hurt us (again). Simply because we've learned to control our emotions (i.e. not give anyone power over us) and respect ourselves enough to walk away with ease❤

@@purpleroyal6637 remembering the lesson is one thing but why remember the pain? I don't have to feel the pain of a hot stove every time to remind me not to touch it again right? The lesson is what brings about the change in behavior automatically
