Just got a closer feel of Elvis with this footage. But, with Elvis, I can’t get close enough. That’s the dichotomy, he has such unique charisma, style & heavenly Good Looks, yet, there’s always a mystique surrounding Elvis. Maybe, bc I’m not old enough to have ever seen him live or in tv. Elvis will live forever❣️I love your channel, Thank You, this video is precious. ⚡️⚡️♥️
Glad you like the channel! Just seeing new video of Elvis reveals more of his talent and charisma that I never knew was there. I never even seen a perform this song, really
I've always said, unless you saw Elvis in person its really hard to explain what its like to someone who asks, what was it like to see Elvis. But I can say, you get a feeling you will never get again. Incredible is all I can say
With the way that footage looks it almost looks like you're seeing the ghost of Elvis. It's almost spectral looking. And I say that in a good way. It is frustrating that there isn't more footage of Elvis. There is no where near as much as there should be. That's why I appreciate that his movies exist. If not for those movies there would be even less footage of Elvis to enjoy. Some people knock the movies, that's fine, but I'm glad they exist. It's more Elvis. And we can always use more.
There is a lot of footage... but it will never be enough. Apparently Baz Luhrman found 4 hours of unseen footage WITH sound 🎉 he's working on a documentary ❤
Yes, I saw Elvis in concert in 1975. He was amazing in concert. He sang the wonder of you and I felt the building was going to collapse when he hit that last note. When he would look through the audience, whenever his eyes came across your area, the place went ballistic. He just had something.
Thank you for sharing this video. Yes, so many people come up to me and ask me the same question why are you like Elvis so much? It’s just hard to explain but I’m going to tell you something. My mom play those records to me when I was five years old and she was screaming at Elvis on the TV as well And she told me many times do not tell your dad. I will keep on like in Elvis to the day I die because he makes me happy. He makes me cry and they will be no one like him in my time and I miss him today.😊🥲
There’s also video of Elvis from 1969 Vegas that is outstanding. There isn’t much but what’s there is fantastic to look at. There had to be more footage but who knows where it is now. Good stuff your posting
Listening to Elvis and seeing him perform are worlds apart. I’ve ran this experiment with my wife before. She loves it when I make her watch Elvis videos. lol. Anyway, play someone a song and see if they like it. Polk Salad Annie. Then have them watch him perform it. It’s a different song. David, you are so right about Elvis' charisma. You can get a bit of an idea from watching him in his movies, his eyes, smile, voice, the way he walks. But to see him in person was something else again. You couldn't take your eyes off him, he was like a human magnet. I will never forget when he walked past me to get to the stage in San Francisco, just took my breath away.❤❤❤
@@thecoolcreativebuildchanne2613 not when he walked past us, he was too intent on getting up the steps on to the stage. But during the concert I screamed to get his attention when he was over on our side of the stage, so I could get good photos, and because we were in the front row he could see me. He grinned at me and I got two beautiful photos of him looking at me, they are on my channel.
What can one say about Elvis, be fan 7 year old love he music what he did now 61 year old love more and more just can not stop listen Elvis long live Elvis
Seeing him live, he had you for life. I've seen a lot of live concerts but Elvis only once. However, I never forgot his. I forgot the rest. In person he was just mesmerizing. MSG June 10th, 1972 evening. Saw it in this video (Impossible Dream). 👑 🎸
I don't remember anything at all about any of the people who were on stage with Elvis when I saw him, and I had a front row seat. All I could see and hear was Elvis. Of course I was aware of the musicians providing the backing, and you can see JD and one or two of the Sweets in the background, but my camera was only focussed on Elvis.
This is AWESOME! I can't help but think how much more footage there is on a tapes sitting in many people's drawers that they filmed by sneaking a camera in to the showroom or on a tour. Nothing was ever done, it was never digitized. There's some great stories people have behind footage like this I'm sure. The Way It was taken, the experience of seeing Elvis, what their journey was to getting there. Just Elvis-nerd stuff!
Why do I like Elvis? The talent, the charisma, the star quality. Elvis had it all. As noted Elvis fan Eddie Murphy once said in a Time or Newsweek magazine article back when "Beverly Hills Cop" first came out (paraphrasing), "It didn't matter who was in the room to start, Cary Grant, Sammy Davis Jr, whoever, when Elvis Presley walked into the room--ELVIS PRESLEY was in the MFing room". And it's been that way for me as an Elvis since I first saw him in "Loving You", you're just drawn in by him, his life, and his world. Why? Because Elvis is the man, of course.
So really rare...thanks again bro...i love contents like that... Can you imagine elvis singing the impossible dream in 1976...77...with that voice ? It would be amazing...
One way you can begin to sort of measure his charisma is the fact that all these decades after he has passed people who were not even alive when he was are continuing to find him, and be drawn to his performances, because of videos like these, and other videos of his concerts. how many peoples charisma can reach across generations and continue to impact new fans through a video? Only Elvis!!
Fringe on clothing was really popular in the early 1970's. I had a lot of clothing with fringe. Clothing with knotted accents were also very popular. Everyone was into doing macrame.
Wow!!! I love this footage. I really hated the long fringe! His voice is so powerful!! The Beatles always put him down about this era of his concerts. I never liked them. They made fun of him. I loved him in every stage of performing. They are so stuck on themselves. Elvis is the MAN!!!!!!!!!!
They were jealous of him because of his looks and they new they had completion also elvis could sing any kind of music that is why he will always be the King and they are not
John Lennon did say, “Before Elvis, there was nothing.” When the Beatles visited Elvis at his house, they were so in awe of him that they just sat speechless when he came into the room. Finally, Elvis said, “We’ll, if you have nothing to say, I am going to bed.” That broke the ice and they ended up having a good time together.
Yeah, I thought it was amusing and a little more than curious- George Harrison derisively mocking Elvis’ seventies era by saying, “I DIID IT MMYYYY WAAAAY. And the ridiculous arrangements and the awful backup singers.” First of all, The Sweets we’re the very antithesis of awful. They were wonderful. Then later he states: “Come on, Elvis. Why don’t you come out in your jeans and a shirt and sing “That’s Alright”? He never grew as an artist. Really?? I think personally that is EXACTLY what he did in the seventies. He blossomed and grew, just as much as Lennon and Harrison, if not more. Smug, dismissive, arrogant. And I like them- so odd.
Beatles was always an overrated hackjob to me. Sure, some nice tunes, but overall it was a bunch of Brits that never got to understand blues or gospel. They revolutionized pop though. But Pop has never been my thing. Mick and Keith understood the core values that Elvis came from a whole lot better. Paul McCartney is especially overrated. Just like Dylan it's probably because he is still alive. But besides that the best ones have died, it's unquestionable: Elvis Presley is the greatest performer of all time. The GOAT is the least attribute you can give him. Future generations will treat him like we look at Bach, Mozart or Beethoven today. Except.... Elvis stands alone. "In the history of Rock and roll there have been many legends...but only one King. This is a fable about him.."
Wow, incredibly impressive film footage David from the so called “forgotten year” 1971. I’m with you I never thought “Impossible Dream” was worthy as a closing number and its time in that slot was limited to largely the Winter Engagement in Vegas in ‘71. But as a powerful song that Elvis did exceptionally well it’s wonderful. It’s so great to see this footage of not only the ultra rare “Knot Suit” but Elvis closing with Impossible Dream. Seeing Elvis was indeed so much about his magnetism, talent, charm, ability and charisma. Like Sonny West so succinctly stated….”He had it in spades ♠️”. 👑
Yeah, he was trying out a new closer. This is a good song but I think it help falling in love just fit. The more discover about 1971 is that it was the “lost “year to us. But it was actually pretty big gear in Elvis’s life and his personal life for sure.

It seemed as though music just soared through his body whether he was at rehearsals or on stage. I enjoyed this so much thank you🌻
Wonderful, rare footage of the King on stage in ‘71. I have never seen this before, nor heard of this outfit, and I have been a serious fan since 1974 when I was 12 yrs old ! It is so true that just to hear Elvis is great, but to see him live on stage is ten times better! The man had more talent in his little finger than the so-called superstars of today. To each his own, but for me Elvis was head and shoulders above anybody else as a live entertainer. I never saw Elvis Presley live on stage and I feel so much poorer because of it. The picture books, the talking heads are no longer enough to appreciate Elvis the performer. The fans need more unreleased concert footage asap!
Thank you so much David for these videos of Elvis. It's true you'd have to see him in person performing and you can see the charisma where he puts his heart and soul into his performance. Love Elvis forever.
Thank you for what you do . I’m 64 this March and I love seeing these fan films . I saw him 4 times and how I wish I had footage of those times . Keep up the great work
I just can’t believe that there are actually people out there who got to see Elvis singing live that many times!🤯 Mind blowing! And I never saw him in person, but I feel like I could have.
So basically take what you said about having to see Elvis and consider how great he was in the 50's. We have the TV appearances, but when you see the fan footage and the pictures of his performances you get a glimpse of how amazing he was and why there was so much hype and paranoia surrounding his appearances. He was at his wildest at that time and we have very little to go by.
You could imagine all the films and pictures of the king in basements and attics that haven't been discovered yet by the grandchildren and great children. Thank you sir you are the man. Tx. Good night Graceland
Great interesting footage David . I recently did a live performance DVD covering 1955 - 1977 for friends, and for the 1970 /71 years did a medley from Kansas City, Houston, and Los Angeles. The magnetism he showed in these high quality films should have hit the general public and would have impressed even the non believers, like wise as shown here in this less than top quality but highly memorable footage.
Thankyou David i absolutely can't get enough of my hunny so could you do some more PLEASE love my Mr songman but love my Mr goofy always more tcb and TLC always and forever. 💋💯
Mr. goofy 🤣 Love it. What other male but Elvis could be goofy & silly while still being so very sexy & masculine. He could simply do anything, wear anything, & never lose his magical aura.
I was fortunate to see Elvis 2x’s live. People ask me about it and I tell them he is 1000x’s better live. His band and back up singers arrangements are unbelievable with him leading them!! You feel it build up inside your body! The room actually vibrates!! You get cold chills!! His southern mannerisms that were part of him are on display. The Elvis package was one of a kind. He was in charge in a sophisticated way! It was 1956 when I became an Elvis fan! I also was a fan of his lead guitarist James Burton. I watched him play behind Ricky Nelson’s band on TV.
The more I find out unreleased new footage of Elvis on stage, the more I acknowledge this statement from TTWII: "Elvis has charisma with capital C". The documentaries about him weren't only propaganda.
Great video, David! Funny, my love and admiration for Elvis came from the Elvis Live At Madison Square Garden. Elvis’ Golden Records was my first album but listening to that concert and then seeing Elvis On Tour & That’s The Way It Is gave me the bug!
Seeeee….Here is another reason why I love your channel so much… You show us footages that we’ve never seen before.… love to see these!! Keep doing what you’re doing ❤❤❤❤
I think most of unreleased footage is in some vaults! And some sellers would make a lot of money if they sell these footage. Best example the buffalo footage from the first tour 72!
MEMPHISROCKS1; A FANTASTIC VIDEO Thanks For Posting; This is Fantstic Footage. This Shows Just How Incredible ELVIS PRESLEY Was..Is..And Will Always Be. His Style...His Charisma... His Looks...His Incredible Vocals. This Is Why He Is The Man... The Greatest Of All Time.....The Untochable... THE ''HRM'' KING OF MUSIC And KING OF ENTERTAINMENT. ''TCB'' UNTIL THE END OF TIME.
I so agree with you and he is charisma allover. The vibes in his voice are charismatic, his passion, the way he IS music, his looks, the way he moves and even the way he says things and laughs his generous laugh. The Impossible Dream is from Don Quichotte. It fits for Elvis personally to sing this. Not only because of his voice and style and his passion, but also because of Elvis, the Man. He was a seeker, and in a way he still felt as if he was fighting windmills too.. All the lyrics fit him perfectly. I love him singing this passionate song. Have you heard the dramatics and the hights? Magnificent!
This is a Great Segment, wonderful concert footage- So rare to see Elvis with these outfits. We've seen pictures but not video - Thanks for getting this out to us - Great Job
I remember when that guy said that. It absolutely is charisma. You really do have to see him singing these songs to truly appreciate that fact! Cool video once again David!!🤝⚡
Maybe…. But I thought he WAS THE BEST SINGER / ENTERTAINER IN THE WORLD BEFORE I SAW HIM IN CONCERT LIVE. Fell in love with him at 4 years old . GOT TO SEE HIM ONLY As A kid At 10 and 12. NEVER EVER TO BE FORGOTTEN. They also show one i was at in1972 often. I own it also. Didn’t realize it was one I was at till I kept catching clips of it and there it was . Place date and time and the exact concert. I had it many years before I knew it was one that I was at!! ELVIS FOREVER❤❤❤
Mesmerizing video! I wasn’t even that close when he appeared at the Astrodome and he took my breath away! 💗Thoroughly enjoyed these new (to me) images of Elvis!
Thank you for the good work. I Have a few CDs from his concerts. When I listen to them, I feel like I am there! I always listen to them when I am driving alone. I just crack the sound up and I am in heaven. I am 68 and I feel 20. That was my age during the 70s. When he actually, was on the top of the mountain. My favorite part of his life and performance. I can't thank you enough for sharing and caring 🙏💕

Wow, another great video. Never ever get tired of watching the greatest singer & entertainer ever !!! No one today can match his Brilliance. Many entertainers over the years comment, when meeting Elvis " you just stared " when he walked in the room because of his charismatic presence. Even Dionne Warwick commented lately how "pretty" Elvis was when she first met him !!!
Well David, I guess it depends on what your definition of "feel" is. Ha . Actress Shelley Fabares said in an interview while working with Elvis in the movies tat one time she had her back to the door & when it opened she knew it was Elvis. Eddie Murphy & Whitney Houston both said that " you would just stare at Elvis when he walked in a room & there was just silence ...

whether he was at rehearsals or on stage. I enjoyed this so much thank you🌻
Yeah, the charisma, stage presence, is off the charts!
One of his musicians said it was like the music entered his brain, went to his heart, and then came out his mouth. I like that.
@@deborahstevens9763 I like that too deborah....he had such a beautiful way of singing the passion that came from his heart...❤️❤️❤️
Great fan footage. I've never seen the Knot Suit either. I prefer the long fringe suit. 💜🤗
Not rare, I watched this in the 1990s.
Oh wow this is rare what a treat and a testament to his style magnetism and excellence in all the aspects of entertainment! 👏 Bravo!
wow what a great video - never knew this jumpsuit existed - wonder why he never wore it more than he did 🎶💙🎵
I know! He had so many cool suits that he only wore a few times.
Thank you so much David for these videos of Elvis. It's true you'd have to see him in person performing and you can see the charisma where he puts his heart and soul into his performance. Love Elvis forever.
David, thank you for making these precious moments available.
TY David, love your shows.
Thanks I’m glad
So basically take what you said about having to see Elvis and consider how great he was in the 50's. We have the TV appearances, but when you see the fan footage and the pictures of his performances you get a glimpse of how amazing he was and why there was so much hype and paranoia surrounding his appearances. He was at his wildest at that time and we have very little to go by.
You could imagine all the films and pictures of the king in basements and attics that haven't been discovered yet by the grandchildren and great children. Thank you sir you are the man. Tx. Good night Graceland
There has to be so much more!
I love him in fringe ❤I’m so thankful for the fans that had the balls to sneak a video camera in to his concerts so thankful ❤
So thankful!
I love this footage that you are sharing with us. Absolutely fantastic!!!❤❤❤
This is great footage!
Thank you!
Elvis will live forever! ❤
Wonderful video. Elvis was the greatest intertainer in history. ❤❤ Thank you for pointing this out. Bless you!
I believe u!
Elvis Presley Is The Man And My Favorite Impossible Dream Is By Elvis Singing It No One Else 🎻🎤🔥🎧💕
This is a great time to be a Elvis Fan, with the movie and the stuff from Baz when it is realist and the AI show and finds like these 💠👑🎤
Seeeee….Here is another reason why I love your channel so much… You show us footages that we’ve never seen before.… love to see these!! Keep doing what you’re doing ❤❤❤❤
Glad you like them!
We need all this footage released to the public. It hurts his legacy not to. Especially stuff like this.
I think most of unreleased footage is in some vaults! And some sellers would make a lot of money if they sell these footage. Best example the buffalo footage from the first tour 72!
Great footage!
Great suit!!
Wish he had more like it, in different colors!!
GREAT INFO AS USUAL...
Thanks Man
MEMPHISROCKS1; A FANTASTIC VIDEO Thanks For Posting; This is Fantstic Footage.
He’s the man! I was sort of at a loss for word. Like that girl in the original ttwii said, “ you can’t describe being an Elvis fan.” Lol
MEMPHISROCKS1; ELVIS PRESLEY Set The Standard So High Their Will Never Be A Solo Artist That Can Match Him.@@ElvisistheMan_
@@ElvisistheMan_ MEMPHISROCKS1; I Want To See More Of These Lost Footages It Tells A Huge Story Of ELVIS PRESLEY'S Life.
Wow! Great stuff. Charisma is the word. And he had it in spades! Keep it coming.
I’ll try!
This is a Great Segment, wonderful concert footage- So rare to see Elvis with these outfits. We've seen pictures but not video - Thanks for getting this out to us - Great Job
Elvis’ cousin Billy and his wife Jo are always talking about his charisma-24:7. Elvis took his music to a “whole new level” in person!
I had the honour picking up his gold belt last month and the Mike what a moment
The is great!! I am just hoping for more undiscoved fan footage will be found and uploaded
Wow David thank you I didn’t even know this jumpsuit existed, I don’t think I saw it at Graceland either. Thank you for always posting great videos
Yeah I was surprised too!
I remember when that guy said that. It absolutely is charisma. You really do have to see him singing these songs to truly appreciate that fact! Cool video once again David!!🤝⚡
Welcome! Yeah I think it was the British guy with the grey hair
Thank You David! You're Right about ELVIS!!!❤️❤️❤️
Wow, amazing, never seen this unique video capture. And what a great song. Thanks
You keep bringing us gems, brother!
💯
Mesmerizing video! I wasn’t even that close when he appeared at the Astrodome and he took my breath away! 💗Thoroughly enjoyed these new (to me) images of Elvis!
Wow, that’s cool you were at the Astrodome!
David thanks for this video I trying to remember if I seen these suits when I went too Graceland I think I did he had so many
Thank you for the good work.
Just awesome mate fantastic
This is my favorite time period 70-71. I never saw that particular footage and I have a bunch. Thank you as always!
You’re welcome for the video and he was GREAT during this time period. Better than u or I know
@@ElvisistheMan_ I’m always amazed at how many great vocal performances I’ve heard in hundreds of audience recorded shows but never see the light of day. Majority of people really don’t know how truly great he was.
@@pink_panther2302 most people sadly only know him as the guy who sang Hound Dog and Jailhouse Rock, most people don't even know about Aloha from Hawaii, people should know alot more about Elvis!
@@BloxyTiger. You are correct. I’ll never really understand it.
This is amazing
Yes it is!
I find it hard to believe that you could “feel” Elvis when he walked in the room.
And Elvis had that magnetic aura about him.... You do a fantastic job getting these videos for us Elvis fans & I thank you 👏👏
