It's understandable to feel unsafe from the guys' actions. But I believe there is a cultural misunderstanding here. You know, if a Ghanaian man is interested in a woman, he is very relentless. And being the holiday season and knowing that most of the women are from outside, they become a little more aggressive.
But, the likelihood that, it may lead to something that may threaten your personal security, or physical harm, is very unlikely. Being violent towards women in Ghana is a very serious offence. It's also frown upon by the society.
As for your space, you easily realize at the airport that, we don't do a good job in respecting others space. So, this is something that one has to cope with, when in Ghana. But it's all love!!
    Come and have fun.

Thank you for watching and leaving a comment. I made this to let people know what to expect when spending time in Ghana. Overall, I felt safe…but I would be remissed if I didn’t bring up the times I felt unsafe. To your point I made sure to mention that I didn’t feel like something crazy bad was going to happen to me. I just didn’t like it and it definitely is a cultural thing. I definitely enjoyed my time in Ghana.
