    TATA should launch EV specific service centers also and ensure availability of spare parts on time, especially for the warranty claims. Their service needs lot of improvement. If they can do that then there is no stopping them!

      They really need to improve the service. I gave my car for repair after a minor accident and it involved battery repairs. I gave the car on 8/9/2023… it’s still there as on 22/12/2023. Horrible service.

      They need to improve their Quality Assurance as well. Way too many manufacturing "defects" that need to get fixed during 1st to 3rd service. New Altroz iCNG owner here.

    Servicing my Nexon EV max is the biggest challenge for me in Bangalore. Tata's service centres are highly overcrowded, service advisors unfamiliar with EVs, resulting in pathetic outcomes. Service centres actually feels like visiting the dentist, a painful experience. 2 of my friends have bought the same car after me and we have the same complaints. Tata motors, for your own good, get better, and fast!

    TATA has to improve a lot in their customer experience with the way the dealers deal with customers. I know at least 4 of my friends booking XUV700 just due to mishandling of TATA dealers.

    Bought a Tiago EV for my dad. The very next day it was delivered the coolant pump failed and it went into service. I suggested people from my experience to wait for TATA and Their dealers to fix their service and values before purchasing EV. There is a very large gap between EV sales and service. Its frustrating!!!!!

    Tata is concentrating on EVs which is good, but that shouldn't have any impact on their ICE cars. They need to give equal importance for both of them. Been hearing issues related to ICE cars especially Nexon and it is only increasing with time.

    Everything looks eco-friendly except the cars whose batteries use rarest earth elements are nowhere close to being friends of ecology. Hybrids are the most practical and best friends to eco. Those who can't make them simply paint their cars and furniture in green

      Bro it depends upon dealer. My family is using tata since 1998 it is way better now . I have two nexon now everytime when I go to service centre it is very excellent. May be some areas they might not have good that doesn't mean every service centre is bad

    The new nexon should have moved to alfa platform. The evs with older platform has a lot of reliability issues. So many posts on sm with problems in tiago and nexon ev.

    Showroom open Kar ke kya Kar le ge....I have canceled my booking of nexon ev 2.O because of poor fit n finish...dealer showed me 3 to 4 cars all have different kind of defects...dealer says don't expect vw n skoda like fit n finish....pathetic experience 😢😢

      Every new tech takes time to absorb within the ecosystem. Evs would evolve with time. India is trying to reduce its crude oil consumption because it is imported .       I acknowledge the initiative of TATAs to promote EV . I am sunder of NEXON Ev max for past 8 months. The points of concern are
      1) The charging app many times have problem in getting connected. If we talk of internet, I am able to get U tube , but, when I try to connect with Everything charging, it invariably show a message " oof some thing went wrong" It is frustrating. Can TATAs arrange to put an attendant at charging station?
      1) The range is very subjective. When I use the car for short run of 5 to 10 km , I get cumulative milage of 300 km. But when I use it for a distance - say Sambhaji nagar to Pune in Maharashtra which is 225 km , I am hardly able to reach & always have tension untillI reach. I do not exceed speed of 80 km. For a car priced 20 lakhs if some body advise me to turn the AC off & run the car at 40 kmpI will call him mad

      3) the mileage predicted is never reliable. What is is the logic? I tried to think different logical options, how the predicted milage would be calculated, but, it is always iconsistant.
      3) I never take chance to run the vehicle when the battery gets discharged bellow 15% , when I tried once, I noticed the from 15 % the battery got discharged to 8% & there after, it stopped showing the battery Ballance.
      4) I tried to get clarification of the above mentioned points from the dealer, I found, that, they know much less than me.
      5) Charger- TATA sale two chargers, I will like to repeat the term SALE , because, price is charged. The fast charger out of the two draw 32 amp current. Generally, domestic power supply do not support such high demand of around 9 to 10 kw. When the person came fo commissioning, we found, the DP fuse from where the supply was tapped, was blowing.So I am not able to use it. When I inquired, the price of the charger is 60000/- if one want buy it as spare. I feel at the time of saying the car, the TATAs should give the information about the installed power connection required to support the load.
      5) The sales staff MUST have knowledge & information of all the features & technical details. Being an engineer, if I want understand what I am buying, it's my right to know.
      I hope, some one responsible & answerable to the customer FROM TATA MOTORS read this communication and I get clarification & reply, first I should get an acknowledgement & then a detailed reply in reasonable time.
      To not to have an excuse of not knowing where from the Ev was purchased, I would like to mention I bought the car from Satish motors Sambhajinagar,but, it should taken as condemn to this particular dealer.
