Racer X Films: 2019 Suzuki RM-Z450 Garage Build

The 2019 Suzuki RM-Z450 is a good bike with an abundance of potential, but there is certainly room for improvement from the stock setup. We could have gone all-in on this build, but I wanted to make changes that were the most cost-effective for those who pick up this machine.

Did many of the same mods to my Zook that Racer X did on theirs. I had Proven Moto do head and cam work on mine running a stock piston. FMF exhaust sys and mapping. Also the FCP mounts did make a noticeable diff. LOVE the bike!!!!

When did a "garage build" consist of an unlimited budget and pro circuit techs coming to the track to help you tune. If you want a true garage build cover bikes that people have legit built in their garages with their own tools.

Well I built my 2018 Zook in my own shop with my own tools using many of the same mods they did. Only not PC, accept the PC pull rod on the rear. It takes time and testing and asking peeps with know how. Bike turned out great and love it.
