Yes, literal and figurate open loops/tabs every day....it can can get overwhelming! I get to 30-50+ tabs open on my browser sometimes and eventually just have to regretfully close out of most or all of them, since there's no way I'll ever get through all the different rabbit trails and things I want to learn more in depth (plus my RAM can't handle that much open all the time). Also, inconclusive thoughts that keep spinning through my mind, revisiting, always thinking I need to find more data on something to figure that part out to re-hatch and conclude this logic more cleanly and thoroughly. It's like a constant tug of war between Ti wanting to go deep, tidy up and wrap everything previously explored up into a tight, completed box and Ne wanting to expand and jump to something new to explore or connect to, which is messier.
During sleep your brain is able to flush out toxins and get rid of some of those open "files" that need to be either put in the "trash" or connected to other data collected in the brain. So with sleep deprivation, your brain starts to slow, crash and overheat like a computer without a fan!
I also naturally start to take notes when there's a lot of new info on a topic (I'm old-school), because recording onto easy-to-access notebooks in categories (or in a Word document) helps me let go of trying to hold it in my mind's RAM...saves precious storage space and allows me to revisit it on paper when I need to connect to it and make revisions in the future. I have so many folder categories on my computer as well that articles/studies/etc get saved to so I can access them later as well, but something about recording my own written thoughts and take-aways on a subject that helps me process them and revisit that thought later when the topic arises again.
Thanks for this video Christian! :)

Please dive further into storing/saving and loading files. I try freeform journalling every day, I write without consciouly thinking about what I'm writing, this helps me end all my thoughtloops and gives me access to all my RAM.

Yes, I see this as the equivalent of clearing storage or defragmenting. It's necessary to work out some of those emotional processes to help us refocus. I'm glad you're doing that.

I wonder why your channel seems delisted from search? I wish its just my instance, but its not visible on youtube search at all.

I'm working on it. I think the name of the channel being a mispelling of a word is becoming a challenge but I'm working on it :D
