Hi Luke! It was such a good & interesting video! Visiting that fish & seafood farm must have been interesting! I think that mussels curry at the restaurant looked good. I would have loved to try it even though I don't like mussels. Thank you and your videos are great! Best wishes from Scandinavia!
That Pancake is also a traditional dessert in Taiwan. I used to eat it when I was a child. Min Jiang Kueh is also its Taiwanese pronunciation. It’s amazing. Now I finally know why it has that name! That ice cream dessert appeals to me, it looks healthy and delicious! Thank you for taking us to SINGAPORE FOOD FESTIVAL 2023, great job! 👍🤩🙏 P. S. In fact, Taiwan took a very interesting name from its pronunciation: pancakes without frying. In fact, Min Jiang is a river in Fujian, which should be its birthplace; Kueh is cake. Those who have studied phonetics and Taiwanese should understand what I said more easily!
I liked it when he said ... " hmmm... it is like concentrated prawn pasta. .." "and..." on to the next dish....... I think he didn't quite like the prawn dish. =)
This vlog definitely needs lot more views. I wonder what's with youtube algorithm that nice videos like this one has less views that it should actually have achieved. Not many people outside Singapore are aware of the Singapore food festival and glad to know about it through this video.
I'm confused with the pricing...even after exploring their website😐 Does a entry, premium and/or premium just include drinks and entry only? Does one buy food from the vendors individually?
I wonder how people in Padang (West Sumatra, Indonesia) feels about having Nasi Padang inside a burrito 🤣 BTW if the chef is ethnically Minangkabau, he’d know better than to call that thing ‘rendang’ as it barely even looks like a ‘kalio’ being so wet 😢
Wow that person was wondering how the people think about putting nasi rendang in a burrito. I say why not. Don't be so stuck in tradition. It's nice to change things up. Following rules is what Sheep do. Bah bah!
@@dennisolive4741 relax, dude. I’m all for fusions. I’m just wondering because the Minangkabaus (from Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia) are very protective of their food.
it's already invented in Indonesia before COVID in Indonesia, at early 2019 if i don't mistaken. but I don't know if this is a same person who open the vendor or not, or they really are from Padang lol
I would not be wearing my J's while working on that floating restaurant/seafood farm. Maybe he makes way too much money and dont care if he ruins his Jordans. 😂😂
Wow! How amazing, so much packed into one video. Thanks for sharing 😁
Glad you enjoyed it!

I really look traditional to me. It looks more like a gigantic expat food court.
Are you Mark Wines son? Someone said yes and some said no.
He’s like 28 or 29 lol and mark is like 35. That’s impossible.

Due to such events, the lowest types of road-side dining have to be discarded. No-ramly nonsense.
