Matt, I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude. Three months ago, I commented that I would give it a try, and thank God I did! Now, I'm thrilled to share that I’m a project manager! 😍
Sometimes we ourselves take away our value thinking we are not enough for a higher job position. It's good to see these kind of videos that, in addition to giving good advice on how to ask for a promotion, also remind us our true value and potential. Thanks for such a great video Matt
What if you already deserve a position that you are good enough for? I took a project outside my job description and company made a huge impact because of that. I was a regular school nurse but then I executed nursing program
Thank you for your video. I was wondering how to phrase it if you have not heard there was an open position? I know there is opportunity to grow as I was told that.
I prepared a speech like the video suggested, my manager basically told me he needs more time to think about how he wants his team to be. and he did agree I am the most qualified candidate for promotion, our company has promotion cycle twice a year and we agree to revisit this topic after couple months and he should have the answer then. Sounds like he is stalling me so I am searching for new job already :(
@@iancurtain4341 i don’t know where is my comment go i think its deleted by accident , i had my promotion i was an assistant project manager, and now im a project manager 😁😁😁
Thanks. I'm nervous about asking, but I know I have to. Also, I'm glad you said don't say what do I need to do. I wasn't planning to anyways because it doesn't sound right, but I keep seeing it as advice out there.
Thanks Matt. Just sent to my daughter who is interviewing for a new position down in Florida. She was asking me what is the best way to ask for more $ in their offer.
