what i like about these videos is the down to earth approach with dead simple ideas and execution - clearly from a posher background than many but easily relatable.
My niece and nephew from the USA visited your restaurant.. I watch yuur videos all the time and since they were gonna be in London .. why not eat at Strakers?? They loved it so much much they made a 2nd reservation.. and a video for me to check out their experience.. you got a nice place and their food looked absolutely amazing.. wish I was there with them for that ..
Haven’t made a rosti in years chef, what i love about this channel is its at a high level and everything done as to how i would do being a chef, but the bits ive never done i genuinely would try and enjoy. Good work lol on the kids GET OUT
Hi Thomas. Can you make a video of your kitchen equipment you use, and how you stay organized with all the stainless steel containers and how you store / place / prepare everything before cooking?
Don't throw away the potato water. Catch it in a bowl and let it sit for a while. You will find the original starch at the bottom of the vessel. Now you don't have to use processed potato flour. Greetings, I love your videos.
Your hair journey is quite something, the current crack head cutting his hair himself with a rusty bread knife look is great 😎 Keep up the good work. 👍
You cant call this Rösti. As a swiss, Röstis are made with cooked and overleft patatos, no flower or starch in it and cooked in butter. What you did is more like a "pomme daphné"!
My next trip to London, your restaurant definitely on the list. Q: can u share what is the knife you use (Japanese Damascus blade) on screen min 2:34. Thanks.
If you buy good quality beef and grind it yourself you should be fine (you can also sear the surface first if you want to be extra sure). If you buy minced beef you should probably cook it all the way through to be safe

Glad to see your channel blowing up. Knew this guy was a future star back in the "all things buttah" days. Congrats.
Fantastic 😎👍🏻💯
Your channels great. Loved the game cooking series. 👏🤩

Your food is always incredible mate, but did you cut your hair with a set of garden shears?
Man is like a younger version of Robert Knepper
always knew tom lived in the hood
Tom don't fret about the kids in the background. The sound of children having fun is therapeutic!
No its not
This is not therapeutic sounding at all. lol mom and dad needs to tell them to calm down and stop all that screaming lmfao. Ridiculous.
you are insane
Did I make a mistake when I added eggs to the shredded potatoes but it turned out well?
You basically made a tortilla not a rosti
How much meat was used?
Burger redraw
like a British loco moco
Go on then
Avacado, must be a londoner.
it's definitely a burger
Is it okay to have grounded meat in medium-rare condition? I'm afraid of HUS.
Oh wait, its color is almost rare
