The word of breakfast in Turkish is “kahvaltı” which is combination of two words, kahve+altı. The translation on kahvaltı would be “pre-coffee” or “before coffee”. The breakfast culture actually came AFTER the coffee culture. People ate in the morning before consuming coffee, and called it kahvaltı (breakfast).

ottoman met coffee in 16th century in yemen but techniques are different. arabic coffe is with light roasted beans, turkish coffe is made by a mixture of medium/dark coffee bean mixture. even in most arab countries turkish coffe is more preferred.
in general, ottoman cuisine refined every cuisine existed in the region including coffe, baklava etc

History. In 1543, Yemen Governor Özdemir Pasha brought coffee, which he admired, to Istanbul. Thanks to the brand new preparation method invented by the Turks, coffee was cooked in pots and coffee pots and took the name Turkish Coffee.
      Italians with espresso technique
Just as the Americans make Americano with their own techniques, Turks developed it by using their own techniques and adapting it to their tastes.
      it's not called stealing
After all, coffee reflects everyone's own culture.
cooking technique is different in every culture

@@clmky5485exactly, there's Turkish coffee like Italian coffee but that doesn't mean coffee is a Turkish invention. And ottoman is not Turkish just like Byzantine is not Greek. The sultanahmed cami is ottoman but is built by a Greek
