On February 26th, 2023, the fourth edition of the Hengqin Marathon took place in Hengqin New Area, a cooperation zone between Guangdong, Macau, and Shenzhen. The race is one of the A1-level events in mainland China and has been awarded the bronze medal and the most beautiful course by the Chinese Athletics Association.
