15 credit cards is just a self imposed pressure on savings .. the incremental savings are minuscule at best .. too much to manage ..
So what's the limit on the number of cards ?
Less than 5 or any number
@@_GMP_ in my opinion try to get 2 or max 3 cards with best benefits. And most important is redemption value of points. That should work the best. 15 cards is just chaos. Absolute waste of time and energy.
@@kblakhani Any 3 mid range CC your suggestion
Trying to save money on all purchases by having so many credit cards is actually making him spend more than what is required. Net effect is zero. Instead save and invest that money is what I would say
Credit cards are good if you can control your spending otherwise you tend to unnecessarily use them to earn points . You end up sending Rs.10 to earn Re1 as a point .
Yeah, by Mumbai standards, quite a spacious flat. The only part that threw me off was them unable to find convenient transportation from Dadar.
Train is not considered as mode of transportation xD
If u come from kolkata fairly relatable, communication is not only taxi, but rickshaw auto nick taxis, metro, buses are more frequent. Communication is more convenient
They have no clue
What threw me off was them missing Kolkata after moving to Mumbai. That's like moving from Somalia to Sweden
@@rahulreggyhahahahhaha exactly my thoughts 😂
70k/month that means while recording this video it costed them 29Rs for 18 mins video. Vishal kindly pay them their fees through cc
Never heard such fees....
Any money for comments section??????
Most of their issues will be solved if they move towards Dadar West from Dadar East.
Rent will increase significantly.
@Arnab Majumdar not really. You can get a decent 2bhk for 75-80k on the west- dadar, matunga, mahim and save the hazzle of crossing elphistone which is a nightmare.
Also west doesnt flood...east where they are staying is a low-lying area...hind mata roads floods every year!!
@@gruntgobshite Yes it'll increase but they'll get bigger and better flats with amazing connectivity and location is better for monsoons too!
This couple don't know much about Mumbai. Even staying at Dadar they find it difficult to reach at Worli / Lower Parel, , surprised to know this especially when buses/ trains are available with good frequency. Overall this couple is niot eligible to stay in Mumbai. Having higher income though.
Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely true. I wonder how come transportation is an issue when you stay in Dadar.
They made a big mistake staying at Dadar East when their offices are located in the west..probably got misguided by someone!
East-West travel is the biggest pain of mumbai! especially crossing elphistone or tilak bridges
People living in Dadar is complaining about connectivity is a biggest Joke.
They're new to the city, it takes time to explore and understand.
They are living in dadar east. They shouldve taken in dadar west close to their office
I think ye banda din bhar bss credit cards ke bare me hi sochta rahta hoga😀 Also, one thing I found funny is transportation issue in Mumbai that too in central location like Dadar. I mean how come he is unable to find transportation in Dadar when local taxis, ricks, BEST buses, local trains, etc are available in huge number. Looks like he didn’t get over Kolkata. Delhi and Mumbai undoubtedly has best transportation system in India.
Kolkata too has one of the best public transport, was there for a month and I think its even better than Mumbai and very affordable too. But these two I think don't want to travel by local trains or buses but only taxis and app based wala. They can afford so I cannot blame them.
Their location is odd..dadar east naigaon while their offices are in worli, lower parel ...most cabs refuse east-west journey during peak hours!....also east gets water logged easily...they are going to have a hell of a time in monsoon.. they better move to the west and solve 90% of all their problems 😅
O Bhai Kolkata has the best transportation system in India
@@liveenjoy6821 Kolkata is affordable because it doesn’t have high paying jobs. Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune has high paying jobs so thats why rentals are also high. It totally depends on economics of city. Though I feel rentals in Mumbai over the roof and it just because jobs are mostly saturated in Main mumbai. Now it has started flourishing in Navi Mumbai so eventually it is going to cool down Mumbai real estate. Also, if tenant wants to travel by cabs it’s totally fine. But, he can’t say that public transportation is bad just because he don’t want to travel in rush. He has an option, not opting for it is personal choice.
@@herambpatkar Thats true. I think Mumbai is going through humongous infrastructural transition. After 3-5 years you will see most of metro lines opened alongwith major connectivity such as MTHL, coastal road and many more.
Vishal can become a Real Estate agent, considering the wide amount of residential apartments & locations, he has visited 😆
He says he saved so much using the cards
But he didn't specify the overspending habbit u make because of credit card and bought something just because of cashback or discount which is a waste of money
Well then cards are not for you. People who maximize cards don't overspend.
Eagerly wait for Sunday just to watch your show
Useful info, thank you
Bandra se Worli is easily accessible via lots n lots of public transport, the host should also guide thm about such things
Connectivity issue in Dadar, no way. This super rich couple might not be travelling in public transport.
Couple was polite and knowledgeable.... 😊😊
These guys are so interesting I want to know the pan shop
Please make detail videos /weekly episodes on Pune /pimpri Chinchwad real estate too please..
Eye contact man ! Look at the person/camera when you speak
Found that very strange too
@@preel9905 Maybe he is hiding something 🤔
Could you please provide the name of the paan vendor from Kolkata and recommend any type of paan they offer? I'm interested in trying it out.😊
One must always be open to accepting new things when they move to a new place. It's crucial that you explore & do some good research on every choice you make. See there are always options available but having a pre conceived notion won't help.
There is absolutely no need for them to pay so much and Live in Dadar East particularly, anywhere in the west they could hv got an apartment without worrying about traffic much. For Food you really need to explore there is everything available now in a big city like Mumbai. It's a big joke when they say that they couldn't find adequate public transportation facilities. By next year Metro 3 will add up to the connectivity from Dadar but again they are in East. They really need to get around a bit & explore with an open mind.
Probably spends his research time on credit card offers and payment cycles instead of real world knowledge of their surroundings!
Yeah
Impressive to such highly eductated aflluent people living a minimalistic lifestylye
He sayd credit cards and there's Niyo Global, Fi, Jupiter kept together with credit cards. Where's the nerd in you Mr. Kabra? 😆
Geez they are homesick 😢 just by moving within India. Wonder what will happen to them if they move abroad. Why move if you know that you love your place of origin so much?? Frankly as a mumbaikar moving to Kolkata would be a nightmare for me. I mean the chaos, filth and bad transport is x times more than Mumbai. 😂
I found it quite strange when she said public transport is bad when Mumbai has the best public transport in India. Clearly they are a misinformed couple who are focusing too much time on getting deals on their credit cards rather than on better settling down.
Lol a mumbaikar talking about chaos😂😂 give me a break bro
Mumbai is an awesome city but got its own set of issues. Calcutta food far better than mumbai’s. dont be so full of yourself coz you’re a mumbaikar
@@ADutt91919 sorry if you got triggered, but Mumbai is organized chaos which is why it's THE financial capital of INDIA. Im not sure what type of chaos Kolkata is cause no one goes there for work everyone comes here, makes it chaotic and then calls it chaotic,🤔
And on the point of food, we have a melting pot of cuisines here for everyone whereas Kolkata has food which mostly is loved only by Bengalis like you and indo Chinese food. Everything i tasted in kolkata, i hated so... Definitely not my cup of tea.
And if people like this couple and you don't like chaos why cry and continue staying here. Go elsewhere we won't miss youll
@@preel9905 buddy, people from every community stay in kolkata, not just Bengalis and all of them love the food here. So your point of only Bengalis liking the food is invalid.
And it’s a fact that kolkata has less jobs and hence we move out to other cities. No denying on this.
As far as people moving to your beloved city and making it chaotic is concerned, It is the fault of government that only 3-4 major cities are attracting all the corporates and not the other cities.
Also, calcutta cuisine had recently got a spot in the top 10 best cuisine in the world. You can google it.
@@ADutt91919 exactly so Jis plate mein khaate ho, usme ched nahi karni chahiye buddy. But if it is so unbearable they should leave and go to the other places like Delhi. They should Go and try working there, it is so inconvenient and unsafe that they will come back with their tail between their legs and quietly work here,🫠. It's becomes fashionable to complain about things these days.
@@ADutt91919 Lol i don't know of one single person who was a non Bengali who moved from a city to Kolkata. The people you are referring must be going from villages in central India. So don't generalize and give a wrong view that kolkata is a hub when it is clearly not just because it is your native place.
Nice video again
This guy is bit depressed. Vishal you should do some counselling to this guy as he is sad with his new shift.
This interview was for credit cards or how he has built his flat etc. The owner of the house might have got some brownie points
More than 650 sqft I think
Whos this lkb with 15 credit cards 🤡🤡
I think he lives in old Dadar which is in Dadar East I guess that's they facing such transportation difficulties which is not as big as they think 😂
First time hearing that public transport is bad in Mumbai
*its Kolkata not Calcutta*
Are just you should shift to west... All problems solved
Better ask Kabra builders of Mumbai why flats are so small.
I am using credit cards from past 10 years but I never missed it. For me credit card is an asset.
How many cards should we have
Or take everything that Bank offers
Nice people nice apartment very lit very spacious
He is a man I can relate to. Even I do all transactions using credit cards except daily sabji bhaji(UPI for those).Haven't been to an ATM in ages. But yeah I have only 3 not so many as I find it cumbersome to keep track 😄
Credit cards makes u buy useless things sometimes. 😂
Well spoken guy !
Typical money minded Marwari (MMM) from Kolkata
Please come to kolkata and make vids of 42 and atmosphere . Two best residential areas of kolkata Vishal .
this guy sounds so sad
They are saying traffic is bad, btw they are from Kolkata lol
Brother Mumbai actually have more traffic .
Ridiculous couple, saying dadar public transport is bad,are they kidding. If you doesn't connect with city culture and food ,then simply shift back to your home town,as you have such so much money. They are shaming mumbai. simply ridiculous kolkata marwari couple.Ridiculous.
this guy looks like a young Mukesh Ambani.
!
Ya baat ca
Chhota Ambani.
Planned obsellieance.
The comment place is a like a garbage with additional hydrogen sulfide dumped onto that.
Banya is known to be frugal
Why then not use the same principle and shift to a 1bhk Dadar West flat then? Not only will he save in rent but also on transport. If parents are coming once in a six months, you have excellent hotels nearby.
That additional empty room which is lets say utilized 3 times a year 10 days each visit for their parents is still costing them 3 LAKHS for the rest of the un-utilized 10months!
Wasting Rs 3 lakhs a years and staying at the wrong side of the city considering the office commute there by facing unnecessary hazzles ..not so Banya like 😅
@@herambpatkar hahaha 😂😂...as a Bengali having spent the first 18yo of my life in Kolkata, i think the cheap cost of living is primarily due to Banya and marwari community.
Such a yuck house!!!! They would realise seeing this video after many years.
Good house bro
Looks like you aren't a mumbaikar. 99% people in Mumbai will happily embrace it
Please don't make such a comment about somebody's house . You're evil if you do that .
