I have been in Germany for last 6 years, even today when I go back home, some relatives still look at me with those eyes "Baap ke paiso pe bahar gai hai". Haan, mental and financial readiness thi mere parents ki for me to go out and achieve all that I wanted. Mehnat toh yah pe bhi karni padi hai to get the job and position and life I have today. And working here doesn't make me a deshdrohi or something right? I still love India and my respect towards my nation is still intact today. And the kids of these relatives are also well settled and earning high enough in India, some in fact also have govt. jobs. Sab apni jagh khush raho, stable raho na! That's what is peacefulness about!

Big Big thanks to you and your motivational videos. My senior from German uni is currently doing an internship in DB. Getting a job/internship in IRCTC (govt job) is not easy in INDIA but here in Germany it is possible and people support you if you are skilled. these uncles wont get it. and btw why do we have to prove these things. it's our life and our choice. who the hell are they to decide for us.
All uncles are not same 😉I worked for 20+ years in India. I had a stable job and decent salary however I took a tough call (non-IT background and hardly know any German) and now I'm pursuing MBA (in English) from Germany. All what I can say that if someone above 18 is entitled to vote to elect the Government to run a country then why not the same person can decide for his / her own life?
I am Pakistani, i recently came to Germany.the same mindset in Pakistan also .i worked my A** off and get barely enough money while in Germany i work 8 hours and earn 3x more even tax and expenses etc
At the end of the day, we have to work hard anyways no matter where we want to go.... However one thing I noticed is the competition and the probability of success. India has so huge population, forget government exams, even for private jobs, in LinkedIn I see so many people looking for jobs in different roles, people laid off, etc.. so much competition here due to high population. People applying to 500+ companies and barely getting 2-3 interviews, such is the condition here.... You have to grind hour after hour, to get ahead of others, its too much... Atleast competition might be slightly lesser in Germany, considering not literally everyone is trying to get into IT or there is not a population of over 1 Billion there
well said, not only this, scope of getting a decent job if you are a very highly qualified (which means PhD/PostDoc from reknowned places accross globe) is very very very low in India. This is heppening as the positions held by individials in indian universities are many a time not so qualified. You brutally mentioned the reasons, and these will never change.

Everything is good but reservation is kind of frustration. Considering SC reservation is 15% and ST reservation is 7.5%, it is given to the fact that there is 15% population in SC and 7.5% population in ST and a LOT of SC/ST don't know/ don't give exams, if they give exams their cutoff will automatically be high. Reservation/affirmative action is everywhere, be it IIT or Harvard (yes you've read that right). Cutoff game is so random that sometimes OBC girl can get NIT in 2-3 lakh rank in JEE Mains!. Rest you're doing very good Bharat bhaiya just want to state some of my opinions, im not disrespecting you and i always continue to look forward to you.

You should not need Bharat to tell you this, but it´s quite okay, you get 1.5 years to look for a Job here and if we don´t get a job in that time, then we need to work on us and then look more, nothing will be given as a charity in India, campus placements is something that just provides you stuff on a platter, that doesn´t exist here in Germany
