    Today I'm sharing what I eat in a day to balance my hormones as holistically as possible. I'm making my hormone health a priority and working to consume whole foods that fuel, hydrate, and bring balance and harmony to all the things.
    The next piece of the puzzle that I'm equally focused on is movement. Slow and calming movement, such as weight lifting and Pilates, has been essential in lowering my cortisol and keeping my nervous system happy. After working out for 6 days in a row, today I decided to slow things down even more with a Qigong session and its exactly what I needed.
    I'm still learning so much about my body and how to best support it and my hormones for optimal health and wellness. The journey is long, but I'm here for it. ☀️🌈
