Thanks Abbey, that was very helpful! I love toward the end how you encourage us to be upfront when we might not know how to do something. That is o.k. if we don't know how to do everything perfectly. And also for showing us how to turn a situation like this into an opportunity to show our willingness to learn and our problem solving skills. Very nice!
Thank you Abbey! I always learn something new watching your videos. Thank you for the reassurance that I don´t need to apply the moment the job was listed. I always thought that being at the front shows my eagerness for the job. I always do my research and try to find that "little something" that would make me stand out in the client´s eyes. Your #3 is GREAT advice💪🏻
This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "virtual assistant social media packages" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Senmily Phenomenal Superiority - (do a search on google )? It is a great one of a kind product for discovering how to make money as an online assistant without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my colleague got excellent success with it.
Great tips, Abbey! The three clients that I have so far have all been a result of me showing “value first”. What can we do to stand out when we can’t find any info on the potential client’s website or business? Sometimes in a job pop post they don’t leave a website link or their business is not listed on their FB page.
I like the way you talk! It's lovely and thank you for the tips! 🙂 I am a virtual assistant that transcribe podcasts episodes to blog posts. I currently work with the Rachel Traxler podcasts. Abbey I am just concerned that the client that you do research on and say something personal about them might be offended that you know them more than they would like you to and they get offended or angry. Has that ever happened before?

Yes! Respond to it like a professional job opportunity, even if it's an informal FB post. So many respond quickly "Pick me, pick me". No. No. Noooo.
