I cured myself of anxiety attacks..I grew up on a crappy diet because my mom cannot cook. So I was fed fast food and frozen processed crap all my life. My anxiety was terrible. As I got into adulthood and enrolled in culinary arts college I started learning more about nutrition and I decided to change my diet. I started eating more cruciforous veggies, leafy greens , vitamin B12 etc.. Boom! My anxiety got better and ironically so did my migraine headaches.I cut out processed foods and I buy a lot of organic when I can. I still have these issues but they are not controlling my life like they used to.

That's because most doctors are taught to treat the symptoms, not the "root cause of illnesses and diseases" hence, pushing prescription drugs which btw, keeps doctors, pharmacies, hospitals and BIG PHARMA rolling in💰💰💰💰!! And 9 times out of 10, when one pill doesn't work you normally see patients being prescribed another pill, that pill doesn't work, another pill and so on and so on, get it? That's why I ALWAYS tell people "if you have a doctor who "doesn't prescribe diet changes and exercise" as the first lines of defense before prescribing any type of prescription DRUGS, run as fast as you can!! I am fortunate to have a doctor who prescribes diet changes and exercise because even he knows, I DESPISE prescription drugs and will not do them if at all possible!! I would rather change my diet over and over, do herbs/spices and natural remedies until I find what works for me. Doctors LOVE when people don't know or become knowledgeable in their own health history and that's why I appreciate Dr. Berg for all he does in helping the public become more aware and informed in their overall health!! Knowledge IS POWER people, stay safe and well everyone!💖🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼

    In summary
    1. We need just the right amount of calcium
    2. Take Calcium and Magnesium together in a 1:1 ratio
    3. Take Vitamin D3 this 10X your absorption of C & M
    4. Dont forget K2 found in animal fars this helps to transport the calcium from tissue to bones

Thanks for a informative post, here are a few more tips on how to cure heartburn...
      1) You must loosen clothing: Heartburn happens because the contents of your stomach are going back up into your oesophagus, where the stomach acids burn the tissues. You could be having an episode of heartburn because tight clothing is binding your stomach. If that's the case, the first thing to do is loosen your belt - or your dress, or apron strings, or whatever else is holding you too tight.
      2) You need to stand up: Your posture might be contributing to heartburn, so if you're sitting or lying down, try standing up. If you're already standing, try standing up more straight. "When you're slumped down, your internal organs are compressed," says Betsy Polatin. She's a movement specialist who works with performers. "A simple and effective solution may be to lengthen and widen your torso and spine, as your head gently moves toward the ceiling."
      3) Elevate Waist: If you're lying down and can't get up, or if you're caring for someone who is confined to bed and is experiencing heartburn, try raising the upper body. According to the Mayo Clinic, lifting the head isn't enough, so don't add a pillow. The goal is elevation from the waist up. An adjustable bed that can be raised to a suitable angle can provide relief. If your bed doesn't do that, you can increase the angle by using a wedge pillow.
      4) Mix Baking Soda With Water: You might have a heartburn remedy right in your kitchen. Baking soda will calm some heartburn. It works by neutralizing the stomach acid, this happens because baking soda is alkaline. Dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink slowly (drink everything slowly when you have heartburn).
      5) You should chew gum: Chewing gum could help neutralize acid, too. Dr. Atif Iqbal, medical director of the Memorial Care Digestive Care Centre at Orange Coast Memorial Medical Centre in Fountain Valley, California, recommends it. "Gum increases saliva," says Dr. Iqbal. "Any acid that has built up in the gut is diluted and washed away or cleared out more quickly."
(I learned these and the reasons they work on Amirykal heartburn remedies site )

I've read from various sources that calcium & magnesium shouldn't be taken at the same time (of day) but to wait a few hours in between each taking each because they are both positively charged (as is iron & various other minerals)& will complete for absorption & your body won't be able to absorb significant amounts of either.

When I spoke to a GP about my dairy intolerance, I was prescribed some calcium tablets which happened to contain lactose that made me very ill.
When I began educating myself, I realised that Vitamin D3 stops all my calcium related issues (acid reflux, dry skin, tiredness, itching, anxiety, depression), without needing to raise calcium above what I get from vegetables and the odd bone broth (there were additional factors, but running out of D3 made those return).
You should do a video on the mainstream RDAs for nutrients and when/why those RDAs should be different (including how bioavailability varies depending on source and circumstances). If that seems like too much information to cram into one video it could be split up into multiple ones (i.e. fat soluble vitamins, minerals etc). I get the impression the RDA system is incredibly floored because different people have such varying bioavailability and requirements, which becomes even more confusing when we factor in the vast variation in nutrient value from particular foods (depending on soil quality, freshness etc).

The calcium magnesium balance is so important! I'm calcium dominant and I
know it! Calcium is a bully in the body and needs to be controlled by magnesium!
I take magnesium each and every day!

Good coverage in this vid, also I think the D3 to K2 ratio is 10/1 and if supplemented the K2 (mk-7) is what your looking for. K2 + K1 together work best and good with fat of course.
I've heard a Dr. Rhonda Patrick mention everything in this vid on a JRE podcast, good to hear it here as well.

Laura Tuller, I know. At one time I had my kids on twice that much, with the health issues they had. I used to take a lot, then stopped taking so much, and now am adding some things back, but I've learned more along the way. One thing that helps, is not eating the fake foods that block nutrients in the first place, and certainly avoiding things like hydrogenated oils and severely limiting sugar(s), and totally eliminating high fructose corn syrup. I like products like Dr. Berg's Chocolate Kale Shake and the Raw Wheat Grass product, because I'm also looking for an easy supplement with that balance in these nutrients that we need, besides just eating tons of greens! You'll figure it out, as you go along, and get to where it's not so many tablets, etc.

The Anti-aging Bible says...after pages and pages of discussing the merits of fruits, veg, herbs etc makes the statement at the end of the book...(to paraphrase)..."This book outlines fruits, vegs and herbs that may or may not work to extend your life, at the end of the day the only thing that might extend your life is....(drum roll)....exercise".

    • @dylangarrett8133

That is one variable in the equation, yes. If you don't replace the 60minerals, 16vitamins, 12amino acids, 3fatty acids the human body needs daily after each workout[vitamins and minerals are depleted with healthy stress(exercise)] you can expect not to live very long.

    • @dylangarrett8133
