Great tutorial. I notice you are doing some type of hypbrid picking with your right hand. If possible can you do a video on what's going on with the right hand?
That's called chicken pickin, I'm learning it now and let me tell ya.. practice a lot. Like,.. a lot 😂 . The fretting hand I'm good. My right hand is having a hard time grasping it.
Most definitely I’ll do a video on that, definitely a lot of patience, broken finger nails, and blisters lol

This is why I love playing country guitar. You get to throw in Jazz and blues throughout your playing and makes it sound so sophisticated and interesting. When I first picked up country, I felt stuck in the major scale and didn't utilize any of my jazz and blues chops. But now I am getting better at playing everything without a label.
Ever hear Roy Buchanan play with Merle Haggard? He's moreso a blues player, but sounds amazing on country songs.
