Ive lived in Egypt for 8y n now am in Ethiopia n haven't eat Bamia for 5y n now i just found in in Supermarket n run to TH-cam to surch how to cook.....a lots of memory i miss Egypt love Egyptians n all kind of their food ❤❤❤
Love your video. I'm trying to learn to cook and speak Egyptian Arabic.....so you've absolutely smashed it. Two birds with one stone. Great job. Thanks.
I believe if U add mashed garlic it will taste much better. Try it. I had add 1/2 of can of chickpeas to the okra stew also. Bon apitite. I love your british accent.
I make it with meat just do the same process but add the meat after the onion instead of the okra. Leave it to boil until the meat (I use lamb) is half tender then add the okra and cook until meat is soft and okra is cooked. Add the spices etc half way through turns out so tasty!!
