With the support officer, the point of discarding your command dials: Say you have a star destroyer with 3 command, thus having 3 command dials--and you either (previously) chose a poor command for the next round or forgot what you planned, you could discard the Support Officer to discard all (3) command dials and thus choose all 3 command dials actions anew--choosing next 3 turns' commands from scratch.
Well, the Executor, arguably the most famous Super Star Destroyer, were it to scale with the Victory Class Star Destroyer, would be 9'7" long. So yeah, pretty close to the size of the Imperial Raider in X Wing ;). Though were they to ever make it, which I doubt since that would be extremely difficult to make into a playable model that follows their relative scale design philosophy, it would have to be within the size of the Raider.
+Cursed13 Nothing is really to exact scale. It's a sliding scale. But many argue that a Super Star Destroyer is so large, that even if they made it playable, it would be scaled down so much it would look silly. It's dimensions would end up making it more narrow than the ISD, if the length were approximate to the X-Wing Raider in length. I don't really expect they will release the Executor for this game unless it's like a cardboard prop meant to be set up alongside the map for decoration or something.
The Executor class in Armada would be unplayable but smaller Star Dreadnoughts (the star-ship class SSDs fall into) like a Bellator would work. Also taking into account sliding scale, would be the size of X-wing's Imp Raider.
Exactly how did you figure out the math for that? Because the actual FFG Super Star Destroyer is 24 inches well over twice your claim, and it's still extremely off scale.
Page 13 of the rules reference under Upgrade Cards: "You cannot have more than one upgrade card with the 'Modification' trait."
