I used to always find it somewhat comforting to be able to simplify the universe to one image (with the cosmic background) but as I learned more about it, it almost became more mystical and curious… uncovering the universe is truly mankind’s greatest mystery and mission. Loved the video Rich!
It's always a good day when my man Rich uploads a new video. I look forward to listening to this one throughout the week 👌. Hope you and yours are doing well!

Does anyone feel like me that the reading voice is very soothing and it makes me fall asleep very quickly even though there are many new things I need to hear and learn?
Im autistic+struggle to get my brain to shut off. I usually lie half awake for at least an hour pondering the unuverse so this is ideal!!! I need something both fascinating and slow paced. Difficult balance to find but here it is 😊
Thank you . Seriously. You help me in so many ways you don't even imagine. With my listening comprehension ( i'm italian) . With my interest in science and abstraction in general. And with the most important thing at all : the question about imagination . I use to make a shy use of this ability because of its huge power. Buy losing myself into the imaginative abstraction of someone else always give me great feelings . Good job

Fell asleep to this last night. It entered my dream world, where I patiently waited for you to take a pause so I could say (out loud in my sleep) "I have a question". As if I was in class and raising a hand🖐😅 I can't recall what my question was, but I clearly remember biding my time for that pause lol

Yay!!!! Another video upload!! In some ways, the infrequency of your uploads makes them all the more special and unique, like a 3-D movie event. Another outstanding video.
About the outer bounds of the universe …. The stars in the galaxies out at the edge emit photons not only toward us but also in the other direction outward. Presumably those particles are traveling out there for millions (billions?) of light years. Does the known universe extend to where these photon particles have traveled outbound? Because, after all, if they are particles then they are way out there.
Soooo…do you ever plan on making another whispered videos again? I do miss those! Those combined with book sounds have always been my favourites of yours 😊
The point where my mind starts to trip out is when I think about how far does the universe go wether across, up, down. The edge of the universe or if there is no edge. If it's infinity, then is the universe a loop. The question feels like the heaviest of questions.
its up there for sure. gets even more boggling when you add distortion of space and time in all 4 dimensions (to a degree, bc i dont think physicists believe time is two-way, but im not sure)
