- This flow is full body focused. We will work on all the joints throughout yoga flow which adding repetition, combining part of the mobility flow of each episodes to a new flow. To keep all the joints mobile and strong is one of the best way to prevent injuries and also mobility helps strengthen the muscles and ligaments around it. This will help you move better just in general and in your sport performance.
