I am a seafarer since 15 years now. so that's like I have been seeing sea when I wake up in Morning,watching dos beautiful sunrise and sunsets ,and dos waves sounds etc etc BLAH BLAH.... TRUST ME , such flats- it gets boring after maximum one year and you won't even step into your balcony to watch all that what I have mentioned above.. then comes all the downsides like electronic devices etc getting screwed up...
A person who can afford a sea facing flat in Mumbai can easily afford maintenance of tv Ac etc etc.. BUT.. it's not about Money..u eventually get irritated with all these maintenances... On top of that it's health hazard..humide environment is not gud for ur body....
So what are u paying for

About the humid environment, totally agree. I moved to Jodhpur about 2 years ago. It is a very dry area and even during monsoon, it hardly rains for 2-3 days, that too only little bit. What I noticed was that I have never had cough, cold or any skin allergies in these 2 years. And I used to catch cold every couple of months throughout my life. Except for the 2 months of extreme summer, the weather feels awesome. In most places in India, even if they are not coastal, it gets uncomfortable during monsoons and post monsoon periods when it is too humid. But here, it is dry throughout. Dry desert cities are too underrated. It has been awesome for my own and my family's health.
Just imagine, u are sitting on a rocking chair in the protruding part of the master bedroom, looking at the sunset on the sea, n sipping on a 21 year old Glenlivet. 🤩
Better to buy costly flat in any valley or in hills.
So you can get 0 humid air and perfect view.

Some great comments below by different people, I didn’t even knew these issues take place living near the beach in India, wow I am so bowled over them, thanks for the comments.
One other thing I noticed is the price, it’s 4.25 Crore Rupees which is almost £467342, that’s way too expensive for Bombay/Mumbai even for a sea facing property, one can get such a beautiful home in UK for that price.

Highly overpriced, asking for around 50k psf, this looks to be an 800 sqft House sorta. For this size and all the furniture, it's making this flat look quite congested
