Simple living high thinking house!!! Agreed the interior is of old style but look at the wooden work.. superbly executed.. how many people appreciate the Indian art to that extent? They specially got it made from Rajasthan. Thats commendable!! Also as he mentioned bulbs in the Cieling so i guess it was made around 80s or 90s period.

bro, view matters much ..if you provide view definitely they wouldn't give u high end interiors! but if u dont have view like this for instance in andheri then the apartments there like lodha cuff parade etc gives u high end finished interiors! but for those whose prior is view they buy it but also change the entire look and thats the reason celebs too purchase a flat whose outer look is not as attractive but view n interior(which they do afterwards) makes them high end one!

The architecture and carvings on the wooden furniture and other wood material in the Hall has a resemblance to those seen & done in the 1980's. Such can be seen in old bollywood movies example Don. Nowhere it looks modern or of this date. But still the architecture is extremely well done and overall the house has been well maintained.

jokes apart, this is a great property. a gem in a place like south mumbai. if it was upto me, i'd only invest in an elevator for comfort of elders and spruce up all the terraces with greenery. all the memories of this house will be made in the terraces. i'd make sure one of the terraces is dedicated to children's playhouse/tot-lot for outdoor camping. I'd also build a brick oven outside the kitchen terrace and have a barbecue grill. the terrace adjoining the living area which was the largest, is where parties can be hosted, that i'd decorate with the most exquisite artwork, sculptures that are conversation starters. I'd also dedicate a wall to unknown artists and auction their work in the parties. the house would breath-in kindness and breath-out generosity, just like the infinite ocean it faces. it only gives. I hope the house finds its rightful owner and is able to bring beauty to whoever visits it.

What could be the possible price of this house??? Interiors must have been made in early 90's or late 80's..they were classic then but definitely not now...
