The Kitchen and the exterior side of the apartment is good. The interiors looks like a saree set cut into pieces and put on the wall. Just because you have got marbles as an option you don’t put it on every wall inside. I think the designers must be fashion turned interior designer.
You cannot say it's just the interior designer, it could be but a lot of owners are involved in designing the house. It might as well be the owners choice to place marbles everywhere.
IMO, the wooden finish of all the cabinets and doors should be completely replaced with a smooth white finish, and the lights should be completely changed from yellow to soft and sharp white. That will make this apartment more likeable. Except the staff quarters - that is too small to be called quarters for anyone.
I mean it doesn't really make sense to live in goa for people that have their businesses in Mumbai though. People with this amount of money have expensive holiday homes elsewhere anyway
