Great video thanks but I’m curious, which font did you use and did you prep the pine 1st? I’ve never had as much luck carving pine cleanly as you appear too here. Thanks.
I need to flatten a small table I have done. I'm using a router sled not a cnc. Is the amana rc-2255 a good bit that you would recommend for that. On a router sled??
@@ToolsToday ok thank you very much for your reply. I'll be ordering one tomorrow then. Now the ToolsToday website that I can order from is that your website? I am because I'd like to order some replacement blades for it as well and figured you could direct me on that as well. If you don't mind
I see in your videos you use a few different CNC brands. I'm curious which brand you think is the best because I am considering buying the Stepcraft M1000. I do not want to feel like I need to upgrade in 5 years so I want buy the best I can get to start with then maybe in 8-10 years I'll see where I am, but definitely want it to last 5 years minimum w/o upgrade. Curious about your opinion on all your CNC's you use. (Guitar builds mostly).
Thank you! I'm not sure to be honest, it's a v-carve toolpath so it uses the dimensions of the bit and the size of the design to figure out how deep it needs to go to make it.
Great video & project... Wish you had more of the design of it. Not the 'Plans on our website' spiel.
We understand and will try to incorporate this into future projects, thanks!
I use the Oramask and the Amana RC1045 and never get a clean cut like you do. What do you do differently?
if you could please share your feed and speed cutting parameters. thank you.
I need to clean up the edges of 1/4" acrylic, would that mini round over bit work for me?
we recommend using either this www.toolstoday.com/v-9393-46197.html or this www.toolstoday.com/v-11748-51436.html
