Used to have a '91 Explorer that went toe to toe with a dear. It ran out in front of me during some rain, "grill guard" took the brunt but shoved it into everything it was supposed to protect then scooped the deer under the suv causing me to lose control and slide off into a tree lined ditch. Luckily the ditch kept me away from the trees.
