I absolutely love this one. The living space is gorgeous, and its lovely to see some colour for a change . Most of these luxury places are one colour throughout and grey or beige. If I was rich I would snap this up but I'm poor lol
I’m pretty sure they’ve been trying to flog this place forever, I saw tours of this way back. I can see they’ve managed to get in some renters. It’s great for that so close to the Eurostar but no way am I spending that much to love in kings x. Obviously you’ll go to a better area. The only hope is some Chinese/Arab who doesn’t know London or a cash launderer 🤷🏽♀️. Shame tho the building is nice.
I think he meant Gothic revival. In the Victorian era there was a fashion for that architecturally speaking. The Victorians borrowed from the gothic style 'loosely' and mixed it with lots of things. So you are both right...
