    It's my first time to hear of such astory ,this is a great lesson to learn for all Kenyans, how I wish the Kenyan TV stations can air this and if possible this can be reserved somewhere in Parliament as a reminder of what takes place in the lifes of voters ,if only she can go round the school and other institutions to preach the gospel of love and peace, to the government I think it can organise for ID and if possible the treatment but for now we can all support her, just imagine you're the one who has gone all through this ,let's all unit in prayers for such a thing never to happen again in our country and the rest of the world.

      I'm lost for words.
      As we come through for this beautiful sister I humbly suggest and request this story to be aired in all our TV stations for Kenyans to understand how tribalism can cost you your life....it's not worth our time and energy. We condemn tribalism in our nation.
      So sorry my sister. God allowed you to live inorder to tell this story. Help is coming way.
      May you heal physically, mentally, emotionally and even financially. May your children excel in this life. You'll live to declare the goodness of the Lord.
      More grace Joyce.

      We need to make better choices when elections are going on in Kenya.

    Kenya has some of the most inhuman and ruthless criminals who walk amongst us. They come alive and get triggered during the elections! As much as people blame politicians, this narrative needs to change and individuals must take responsibility for their own actions. No politician puts food on your table.

    1) Can any Kenyan media come up with a tv program/film focusing on this lady’s story and all proceedings to go towards her face reconstruction & her medical bills? A TV program will attract specialists globally to assist as well as.
    I have an intense knowledge of global involvement and all that is needed is a film and this lady’s life will completely change.
    2) Can the government and politicians get off their selfish and self-centred selves to not only give this family tokens but give them permanent housing/shelter, educate the children, and cater for every medical bills?
    For goodness sake when will these fuckin idiots ever stop using and misusing Kenyans and take responsibility for their own actions for once?
    Look at this poor lady, fighting through stigma, rejection, health issues. Whereas Kibaki, Raila, Uhuru, karua and Ruto are out here, doing the same thing over and over again and moving on with their lives. And As elections are nearing, politicians are sat on the deck, working out who will be their next patient. Disgusting and pathetic human beings.

    during the 2007/8 PEV, I was among the victims. Though i did not suffer any physical harm, the trauma was bad. On 31st dec 2007, after Kibaki was confirmed, armed people surrounded our village. From around 6pm, it was war, with armed youths burning the whole market center. A few people were injured and some died that night. I remember the only thing I escaped with was the clothes i had worn that day.

      How is violence done since 90s as you say narrow down to voting in 2022. Question the justice system. What i see here is subjective reasoning, i stopped reading your comment the moment i read "I've never understood why you all in RV voted for Ruto". Where was justice since 1990s because Ruto was definitely not the president.

    • @panafrican.nation
      @panafrican.nation 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@wambuisusan1772 He was involved in politics since at least 1991. If I was a leader where that kind of violence is taking place, I would have dropped everything and addressed it on day 1. But most of the RV leaders never said a single thing over the many years it was happening.
      I'm sure you've seen the clip of Ruto in 2005 on KTN saying that people go around thinking they can live wherever they want in this country, and specifically mentioned Kiambaa and Rurigi/Burnt Forest.
      In 2008, when asked about the Kiambaa church fire, he told the US ambassador that it was an accidental fire during lunch. Which tbh, is disrespect to those who died. We all know it was an active attack and indeed those who managed to get out were thrown back in.
      Again, this isn't attacking people who voted for Ruto. I know they have brains and I'm just on a journey of understanding why. Because for me from the outside looking in, I wouldn't even contemplate a vote. So I'm sure I'm missing something. This is a question for those who can explain this calmly so that I can see their point of view and my head can stop spinning from bewilderment.

    • @panafrican.nation
      @panafrican.nation 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@wambuisusan1772 There was no justice system in the 90s. It favored Moi's people. Koigi wa Wamwere's 1995 imprisonment on false charges by Justice Tuiyot that drew global outrage is just one example. In the 2000s when Kibaki took over, the hostilities stopped. They resumed in 2007 and people were taken to ICC. The witnesses "disappeared".

    One thing that really pains me is the way the architects and perpetrators of the 2007 violence played around with the judicial processes to escape justice. No one was brought to account despite the numerous reports and recommendations given by the entities tasked with investigating the gory acts. When i heard that the ICC cases collapsed i nearly shed a tear. And what scares me more is that we now have the same people angling for leadership. Kenyans lets be wise as we cast our vote in '22 to prevent a recurrence of this kind of violence.
