FYI - when using gas - when you turn your grey knob to high you need to hold it down when striking you ignition button. You need to hold the grey knob down for at least 30 seconds while the sensor heats up.
Don't run the 12 volt switch unless the engine is running, it will draw your batterie down quickly. The thermostat only works when you're in the 120 volt mode. (RM2193).
I can’t figure out how to get my refrigerator going on my Rockwood 122S model.It only has the right side of the model you are showing,the green and red button and the one above it,I want to run it on propane,but there is no igniter or the button below it,totally lost.
I left the lid unlocked and lost it, any idea of how I can purchase a replacement, I already tried all the RV parts websites but I don't have the part number or the description.
So when you use the propane to run the refrigerator do you keep the power switch off? Cause then if you have no electrical outlets at your camp site how do you get the lights on in the trailer? Thankyou
He's showing the power (110v connected to generator or shore power & 12v battery) to the fridge operation. As well as how to use it strictly on propane. The thing that controls the 110v to the rest of the camper & outlets, is the power inverter with breakers/fuses.
Do you know if this applies to a Forest River Rockwood pop-up? There is not ONE explanation anywhere in the manuals as to how to turn on the refrigerator. It's really frustrating. Thank you for making this video.
i have a coleman sedona ,its a 2000 ,still cant figure out the fridge ....but if you go to pop up portal .....................they will help you along ,i am a new bee to lol

Also when you can feel the heat comming from the chimney, top right corner, you know it is started.

isnt there a numeric gauge for how cold you want if so what do you recommend? also does it matter if its on propane, dc or 120 with that setting?

Is there a cold setting you use 120? We don't want to use propane and the fridge isn't getting cold.
paige shaw that’s the dial above the two electric switches. It controls the temp for both electric modes.
What direction do I turn the knob to turn temp cool up? It's not cooling.
Turn to setting "5" for coldest setting on other knob.
What can we do if it does not work on a 110

I just bought a used Rockwood Freedom and feel your frustration. This video was a good overview of what the knobs are.
What does the top Button do
To adjust the temperature inside the fridge when using 120 or 12 volts
