Great tool for anyone who can’t afford a scope and inductive pick up setup, or for convenience. I use mine often when I don’t feel like dragging the scope out.
That is not a conclusive test , for these tests i use a paddle probe and a lab scope with a long time period so i can go back and zoom in . Especially with intermittent ignition problems and burn times of no less than two hundredths of a millisecond . I can see why some may like the tool but for me i just like seeing what i am looking at in detail thank you for your time .
I get what you're saying and I do agree with you as I have lab scopes also. I wanted to show how powerful this little tool is. Definitely isn't my go to diagnostic tool. Just a video showing some functions. Pretty impressive for a little handheld unit
@@romanosautomotive I've got the poverty pack edition it just gives KV Burn time in ms No wave form which would be handy . $300 at repco Typically I see 12kv @1.8ms Sometimes 22kv 1.5ms The highest I've seen was in a worked falcon 4.0 Lt it was 38kv 2.2ms spiral cables no resistance at all .
Awesome looking little tool. Old mate 8power doesn't approve but I reckon it'll do the job 9 times out of 10 or at least help eliminate. Where did you pick it up from?
Each to their own I guess but I seriously use this tool a lot! I ended up buying it off Amazon. Definitely worth looking into. Oh and thank you for watching!
Hi Romano did you all get your hands on the gtc605. Not sure if it make sense buying. Injectors don't really go bad in comparison to the COP and plugs.what do you think? Also was that a G4FA engine that you were checking?

That GTC505 looks like a really cool tool, I have thought about getting one. Thanks for sharing !
I love it!
GTC505 is a compact solution. Great for your shop, Rome!
Thanks Denis, handy little scope 👌
Nice one Rob. That certainly hands down beats setting up a scope.
Thanks for watching Jeremy. Super quick set up 💪
Nice bit of kit that. Cheers for sharing. 👍

Is there a way to move the waveform over instead of just looking at the end of it so you can actually see the firing line?
nice i def gotta check out the gtc
Have to say I really like this tool....
It is a very quick and powerful tool Raj. Very handy to have available.
That's a nice machine will that work on old school ignition leads
It does work on leads too. Has an interchangeable tip. Comes with both tips in the kit.

The 605 is an interesting unit but I'm yet to see it really in action. I'll look into it and if I end up getting it, I'll do a review video on it.
