Spektrum iX12 / iX14 / iX20 / NX20 mode change

Brief description on how to change a Spektrum iX12/14/20 transmitter from mode 2 to mode 1.
Very easy to do, that will be great for me that fly mode 1 in a mode 2 country, I will setup my towplane on this radio in order for me to have someone else flying my towplane, just take 2mn on the field to change from one mode to another using a screwdriver.

Does the the iX12 gimbal sticks accept M4 or M3 diameter stick ends (just in case I want to change them)?

Just remove the stick ends and it is 3mm
