Very tasty and quickly made tortilla rolls with chicken and cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner 😉...
You will need:
500g chicken breast
A small onion
A few cloves of garlic
Bay leaves
Black and allspice peas
Salts
Water
3-4 dried tomatoes
200g of cheese
4 tablespoons of canned corn
A handful of fresh parsley

Pepper
Garlic granules (1 tbsp.)
Paprika powder (1 tsp)
8 pieces of tortillas (19cm)
1 egg
1 spoon of milk
Dried oregano
Sesame seeds
For the sauce:
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
Salts
Pepper
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
