I baked tortillas only with meat, but you can still add cheese or vegetables - here you already like it;) I used minced pork neck, but other meats are also suitable: chicken, turkey, etc. It is important to press the edges of the tortilla well so that no liquid escapes during baking. No more secrets 😉

You will need:
6 tortillas (23cm in diameter)
500g minced meat
60g onion
A handful of parsley
Salt, pepper
100ml of water or broth
1 larger egg
Black sesame seeds
