Pearl Jam basically multiplies the "healthy" parts of a meal. If your food has Pearl Jam and helps with cavities, your food will fix your cavities,(albeit very disturbingly). The flavor isn't improved, Tonio is just a master chef. Who makes some killer water.

I think you got a big hit song on your hands.
Did this myself with store-bought whole milk because I can't currently find raw milk.
It turned out mostly the same, visually speaking. The biggest difference was the curd before stretching. Rather than my curd solidifying into tofu-like chunks that we see here, mine were much much smaller, but still came together to form a stretchy ball when combined and heated in the whey.
Taste wise, mine needed more cheese salt.
Texture wise, mine ended up almost like ricotta when you cut into it.
Babish said "store in its brine". That means the water, salt, and whey mixture, right? Not the pure whey itself?
When taken out of the brine, the cheese balls started to seem to slowly liquefy. Not sure if they're supposed to do that. I don't often have fresh mozzarella.
Either way, I'll be attempting this one again when I can get better milk.
I looked it up, burrata is stuffed with stracciatella, which is shredded mozzarella mixed with cream. So yeah, What you made isn't exactly burrata, but sounds like it was very similar

I think that he actually would remember. Tonio is one of his favourite charcters, after all. He even had a part in a Rohan story.
