Google Maps is the best every day any day. Too bad it doesn't appear on the HUD
it will appears when you connect with Android Auto
WAZE is best by a long shot, announces average speed zones entry and exit too.
How do you get Apple Maps to show the turn by turn directions on the HUD? I’ve never seen that happen. I have NBT EVO ID6
I would like to know the same. I have NBT ID4, but was going to upgrade my head unit to NBT EVO ID6 (instead of MMI) for the HUD integration.

How do I get my BMW maps to update?
Mine updated automatically over the air when BMW pushed it out in my region. But it probably depends how old your head unit is. You might need to have it loaded by plugging in a flash drive like he shows in the video.
@@ralphclark I was in the dealership yesterday and the Genius looked into it. Turns out they are current for the region I am normally in. I was traveling in a region I do not go often so they were not updated for that area. My unit? 2023 M5 Competition.
BMW maps is the worst.

This dude just compared car map to google maps with a straight face. Not even close 😂😂. Just the interface alone. Didn't even use android auto. Google maps is better on android
A lot of our customers use in-built nav system on a daily basis, so as far as we are concerned the comparison can be justified :D

Yea … u will never see me using google maps. That app is terrible in my city. For me I’m already used to Apple Maps. But why you hate on Apple Maps. They do the same job. But they have pleasing design. I hate that no one is giving Apple the credit of doing Apple Maps Justice and make it better with the new roll out new redesign maps.
