That's a king motor wheelie bar. I have it on my Rovan baja max FT TMR Edition "only one in the world at the moment😜" its a good wheelie bar, also love the tires! Its true all about that grip on bajas! I have a set of studded rear knobbies im trying it this weekend! I keep spinning on all services with the powerful TMR Race Port 45cc thats in it. Great video brother loved it! I like rc maxx products as well very good quality👍👊👌
Allan Tipler rc speed runner sweet! Yeah I was surprised how much fun it was. Just sold an arrma Kraton 8s and had this same motor/esc in my losi 5b to try the e 1/5 thing. Wasn’t happy with it. But it really seems to suit the baja. It’s very quick. That’s for sure. I’m trying 20/54 next. 👍👍
@@RCmaxxUK I'm waiting for a 16 pinion to come from China I've got 1718 but was trying to go up through this pinion sizes to get it right rc monkey and gave me some good tips on Facebook to start I love the way the power is delivered straight away and it gets up to speed in seconds I do love my brushless but still love my two stroke
George Carter yes mate. I hear they are good as std. these cane like this so I use them when it’s reasonable to do so. Going to fot extenders and the mcd astromax. So light with great grip. Could be good....👍
Always loved the instant TQ of electric but growing up on nitro it simply could never compare. I just got my first 1/5 scale (Losi 5t 2.0) a month ago beautiful machine but I knew it was severely lacking in power when I got it and that's where I'm torn. The motors I'm looking at RCMAXX 55, 65, 71 supreme, 55 seems like after a few bash sessions I will want more power and the 71 with the 110 clutch will just constantly destroy the drivetrain as I plan to keep the 4wd so that just leaves the 65 which seems perfect. I plan on getting the RCMAXX billet chassis with the billet diffs and shock towers with upgraded axels and gears but I am kind of lost as to what else I should be looking at for a setup like that since I'm new to this whole 2 stroke 1/5 scale world so any information you are willing to share would be much appreciated, Thanks.
Hi mate. My mate Mick runs the 55 in his losi 5t and its a really nice setup i think. Anything above this is a risk on the drive line.I do like the 65 though myself too. Centre locker.... and then its steering/ servo tray stiffening/ changing and potential twin steering servos or at least a push pull setup.tyres are also a big consideration..... brps cost but are pretty much fit and forget....but have no softness. otherwise its upgrade deadlocks and gorilla glue / bigger screws plus a prayer ;) Get on the live stream and ask us in the comments we, will do our best to help.....tomorrow 8pm UK
@@RCmaxxUK Ok sounds good thanks for the information definitely will check out some aftermarket servo trays/push pull setups and those BRP are pricey but are a must have from everyone that I talked to. Your buddy Mick I'm guessing is the one with the 55 supreme blue Losi is the main reason why I'm having such a hard time deciding because it's such a clean perfect balanced build but I'm such a power hungry guy I don't want to spend the money on the 55 and have it not be enough I live on farm land so space is no issue. I live in the states wish I had a crew like yours over by me to help out with tips and tricks little overwhelming but I will figure it out. Mohanned AL-Deen I really like the carbon parts from bonehead rc. They are stunning to look at, light and strong. 👍. Wether it’s worth it is purely up to you 😀
@@mohannedal-deen1583 TP power 5860, about the most power you will fit in the castle mounting kit, not too expensive either. Also some Turnigy Graphene Panthers are good batteties or if you are super rich MaxAmps. Up to 8s this should give you more power with an xlx esc, if you want to go abive 8s then it gets expensive. I was halfway through building a brushless Baja, crazy 12s setup, then decided that's not why you buy a 1/5 scale and put an RcMax 71 in there instead. Electric is great in a 1/8 buggy, a TP 4070cm and 6-8s in a 1/8 is bonkers fast.
Can you do a proper speed run with the baja for us in another video? Be interested to see the difference between the elitric compared to the gas version. Wicked buggy though!
So if I have a 55 or 65 will it bolt on to my chassis Baja 5b and fit under my metal roll cage the same As your one in this video An will I need any think for it
Yes it will fit but your pipe would be exposed. Your best option is to get a cage for it so that you can protect the pipe. Honestly I recommend the RCMAX 40GT....that engine is awesome !!!
Josh Chatwin hi mate. It was made up from spares mostly. After upgrading a std car. Just added the carbon parts and tr transmission case plus alloy bulkhead. Electronics are a relatively low spec setup, max5 esc and rocket 56112 780kv motor. Yes realistically to make it from nothing I guess it’s still £800? Maybe to £1000?🤔
Interestingly it seems it's actually cheaper to have a gasoline car than an electric once you get this large. Engines are pretty affordable, gas is cheap. Motors aren't bad but the esc and batteries are killer
@@k1ortia brushless is just better in every aspect... , the sound is the only reason why people keeps chosing petrol but still...is just to much hassle to maintain a nitro rc , and yes, part of the fun is the maintenance of the rc...but still

Awesome Baja E. This is the first time seeing one and it's amazing. The spiked tires are super cool as well. Nice job my friend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
