That 5t Baja must have a air leak!' High revving that way usually is,and its making it run very lean with having the air leak, try not to let it run any longer than it has to! If they don't run or start and idel after the 2nd or 3d pull theres something usually wrong, if really good and completely air tight they'll start and idel after just 1 pull! that one with the high rpm sounds like it has a crank shaft bearing leaking . reason is motor wasnt broken in right, they say to use 25:1 which is very bad idea if you want a very nice broken in engine use 50.1 or 45.1 mix run 3 tanks threw to make sure the crank get fully lubed then go to a 25.1 mix but always go back to a 40.1 to help keep engine lubed , them crank bearing are the first to go out an to replace them isn't that hard but if you need to replace 1 replace both with new rings

why, because you don't need to screw that much, so you no longer need to listen to the sound of a rc engine which are awesome and there is so many things you can do on nitro and fuel cars that you can't do with a electric. I have 3-4 electric one fuel baja and the rest is cometition buggies a lot of them and it's way more fun then electric, that kicks balls out of the electric ones( who are great to practise with if the weather is to cold, but there isno real engine with smoke and sound, it takes away the fun. The maintance and screwing is also half the fun of having a racing car. Plug in and drive are for people who only looks for insane speed runs, that would be impossible to drive on a track, but what the heck, i have onroad cars that goes way faster then most 6 s electric..
you should tune up first before making a video..or make a tutorial on how to tune instead.. you hear the other bashing and they focus on the dead one...great ...
Correct. None that I know gas or nitro have reverse, just forward. Some do have 2 and 3 speed transmissions but nothing for reverse. Even though they could easily do it with a servo and an extra gear. If you want reverse, you have to go electric.

J-N-H-M This is with every gas RC I've seen tbh. They could go really fast but all the heavy duty stuff put on to even hold the damn thing together can weight up to 10-15 pounds. And then accessories, wheels, etc. add even more weight. So its the weight that kills the performance.
