That was such fun Paul. I am am old enough that I fell in love with Thomas et al only through the Rev Awdry's books. I remember being very pleased with myself at age 5 being allowed to borrow the books from the school library which were usually reserved for reading age 7. I had to read aloud two pages before the library monitors would let me take it. Looking back I fear I was insufferably smug about it too alas. I also heard Percy having a problem with troublesome trucks. I am sure there is a story where Thomas is pushed off the end of the line by trucks that wouldn't stop. Hello there, new subscriber. James is known for not being able to climb hills, just living up to his reputation there. Thomas and Percy look great though and look at home on your layout as parts of it do resemble parts of Sodor. I plan on getting them myself along with Emily and Gordon, announced a few months ago.
