True vampires aren't necessarily superior to artificial vampires - what's happening here is that Alucard is the strongest of the true vampires and therefore comparing a run of the mill artificial to Alucard (or by extension Seras since she has his powers.) is unfair. There are some 'true' vampires vampires we see such as the cheddar priest which are indeed weaker than most artificial vampires we see. So the artificial process isn't inferior it seems - it's just that Alucard was difficult to copy. And to tie it off - we have seen an artificial vampire go toe to toe with Alucard already in the form of Walter.
Zorin lost to Ceras so beating Alucard is out of the question
