Coming out of prison 4 years ago, I would have never imagined I'd still be here. Seeing Professor go inside of there and be able treat them like people instead of animals locked in cages means alot to me. I'm proud of you Professor for showing millions of people that just because you are physically where your at does not mean you are there spiritually. Much support, best video for sure!
Wow, I did time there about 15 years ago. Known as Gladiator school. Crazy to see those guys still in there, years later. I’m glad they were all blessed by the Professor! What a great ministry he has all over the world. God bless him! 💯🙏🏾
This truly is beautiful. Such a wholesome thing given to people who don’t receive things like this. This warms my heart. Doesn’t matter what they did. They’re people too. Humans.

@@KananStarwars20 they CAN, but WILL they, that's the question. And studies show that 76% of prisoners go back to prison within 5 years of release. So it's safe to say that no, most won't. Show me your charges, then we can play basketball. Some people don't deserve second chances.
I have never been to prison. But that was awesome. The Professors visit really meant something to the inmates. Hope he does more of these visits and videos.
I hope people watch this and see the humanity these men have behind bars. A lot of people have this misconception that everyone behind bars is a menace but in reality they’re humans that made a bad decision. Nobody ever wants to go to prison or envisions spending their life there but just having the professor com in and play basketball and talk to them and treat them like humans will have an incredible impact on a lot of guys in that facility.

As someone who's been in jail this meant the world to every single one of these men. That kind of stuff just don't happen . I love the fact so many ballers use the platform to help give someone a memory they won't forget ,even if it's a broke ankle lol
US jail system really doesn’t work. That’s because it’s private owned business and not governmental. It’s a hard one to figure out, because why should criminals deserve to be given better lifestyles and opportunities than good people who didn’t rob, rape or murder someone. But in my country, a prison cell is basically a hotel room. It cuts down repeat offences by like, 65% or something. So I guess it does work. But whenever someone who raped or murdered someone says ‘we all deserve a second chance’, all I can think of is the innocent person that will never get a second chance because of you.

Definitely, I toured a prison as a teenager for Scared Straight and two of my friends from that time are doing life sentences for murder. This was a video that showed the depths of prison and the desire by the prisoners for acknowledgment from the outside. Someone as popular as the professor, who many of the inmates look up to, took his time and talents right to their court. Good man, Professor. You set a better example than most people in the spotlight. The time you spent with these prisoners was probably more life changing to them than the next 5 or 10 years some will spend there.
