Impressive skill. Like All highly skilled individuals you make it look so simple, so I'm expecting it to be difficult to get that level of finish. Thank you for sharing.
Would this Process be a similar process with repairing the front edge of a wooden Chris Craft? Similar cracks allot the front edge. I would Imagine a different sealing process but as for the Wood repair I would imagine no different? Thanks!
Can you do this to the top of an old cedar chest that has some chipped of veneer? Do you know when they started using veneer on something like my old cedar chest? I bought this from someone who told me it was the year my mother was born in 1929.
talk about complicating a job to the max.....i guess that's how you pros charge a lot of money for your work. you could have done the same with wood putty, that's a real DIY job.

thanks for the kind words
Will a glue/sawdust repair stain the same color as the wood? What do you do then?
The first thing I would have to do is build a workshop and buy several thousand dollars worth of tools.
You can buy wood veneer with glue backing that you iron on. Then all you would need is an iron and an orbital sander.
good point. might as well just paid somebody to do it, like a "pro".....lol
How would I fix a piece of lifted teak veneer at the table edge where the leaf drops in? Thanks!
Without seeing it it’s hard to say. However, probably similar to the way I did here.

Yeah I would follow the same steps.
Nice bro! just a question. Would it be possible to use putty to fill the outline pf the crack?
Yeah you could use putty to fill the crack between the old and new veneer.

Nice . Thank you for sharing .
Your welcome
Wow. thank you!
If I'm a lazy fuck, I'd just pass it with a wood filler then get some lacquer on
Jetzt sieht es noch schlimmer aus 😂😂😂
Seriously? It does not look worse 😑
