Another great video friend. Never heard of this place before but it sure is beautiful. Just what I needed too. It was over 100 degrees (37c) in CA today and I was imagining to be in the mountains and snow and MUCH cooler temps!
Thanks, man. Wow, so hot in CA. Actually afaik California has very diverse nature. I mean it's not difficult to get in the mountains when it's hot in LA or wherever. Well if you have time and a possibility, of course
@@maxzabarovsky1890 You're right.. the geography in CA is amazing. The Sierra Nevada mtns are the most beautiful place I've ever seen and the Northern Beaches are as well. Winter in the mtns are incredible and if you are lucky enough you can see the Hoarfrost when every thing in sight is covered in crystals. Might as well be a sheet of diamonds across anything you see!
Which month were you there? Will this trail be available in January? What time did you go up there? Because the sun seems to be on the opposite side of the 3 peaks..
Hi, I headed out probably early afternoon, did it in February. The trail should be available in January. Major precautions should be kept in mind. Google something like winter hikes near tre cime di lavaredo, you'll find a description of the trail
Hello, thanks! I think it took me about 6-7 hours (from the parking lot and back). Although I spent about an hour near the Dreizinnenhutte enjoying the scenery and having some lunch
@@maxzabarovsky1890Thanks a lot for your answer!!! Of you could help me with 2 more answers, I would appreciate. Whats the name of the hotel your started your hike? How many kilometers was the hike? Thanks a lot!!!
Hi, The hotel is Hotel Dolomitenhof. Not sure what's the distance. Though you can carefully check this for some info - www.outdooractive.com/en/route/snowshoe-walking/hochpustertal/with-snowshoes-to-the-tre-cime-di-lavaredo/6005336/
@@maxzabarovsky1890 Thanks a lot! Im travelling to the Dolomites in late February with my girlfriend, we are from Brazil, never hiked in the snow. Do you recommend this hike for us? Thanks a lot.
@@Hkgkhk-gt7uh frankly I don't know, this hike is not considered as a hard one but definitely there are shorter/easier hiking options like hiking to Locatelli Hut from Misurina via the car road (but cars are not allowed in winter there). Maybe you can look for something like that for your first snow hike
