You're a Saint, I'm 28 years old almost 29. I gave up art when I was 14 thinking I'd never be any good at it, I picked up art again and let me tell you, the release and happiness I feel when drawing is intense.. thanks a lot for your videos man, it's helping me a lot to understand. I'm hoping I can be in the position your at in the next 10 years. Sorry for the rant
Ha ha I have a pro and stopped using procreate as soon as I started (old dog here) but I’m glad I decided to watch these older videos because this was a tip I needed to hear!
Thanks it was helpful, one more question, what do you think for the new update, you can draw in 3D, so if you download 3D leg or arm you can put your drawing on it and you can show the client how would look exactly, or even for you, you can see it better how it will look on the client, thanks for tips again.
That has to do with the resolution of the original lines you drew. If it’s super blurry and pixelly when you zoom in, you’re drawing on a canvas that’s too small. Try A4 (the size of a real sheet of paper) at 300DPI (Dots Per Inch). Retina screens show 144DPI but printing on paper is 300DPI
Cheers for this! Been using procreate for a few months now and didn't know about the reference tool..... I do now exactly what you used to do haha! Cheers again 👍
Super confused about which machine to buy being my first and so many options. It’s really daunting and frustrating. I think I’ve settled on 2 Inkjecta flite nanos setting up 1 for shading and grey work etc and change out the cam on the other to 4.0 for line work. Critical Cx2 power supply for both and a couple batteries for wireless work.
Hey man! Big fan of your work and content ! Thanks so much for sharing with us! I was just wondering where you bought your brush packs from? I tattoo in similar styles to yourself and I’d love to try those brush packs but I’m really struggling to find them! Look forward to hearing from you! Peace
Yep I'm new on the iPad procreate and I ordered the tattoo bundle and I have been having hell importing the files from there if you know or could help would be appreciated
Thank your videos have helped me so much. I have been searching on how I can make an image smaller on procreate or photoshop and I can’t figure it out.
"In Procreate, make sure you're on the correct layer and using the Selection Tool (the 'S' icon). Switch to the Freehand option in the toolbar, then trace around the area you want to select. If it’s highlighting everything, double-check that you’re not on 'Automatic' mode, as that selects entire areas based on color
Still trying to figure out how to drop several images on one screen...just started this so new to it.any advice or tips n trick would be awesome.lemme know guys n gals
What about us who know not to use anything by crapple? I'm just teasing I just wanted to bust balls for using inferior crapple. Lol seriously though good tutorial bro
