Hello 1/28 community!
Since posting this video we’ve gotten more questions from you and wanted to update them here for everyone’s benefit.
- How many plastic bodies be made by GL for this chassis? 6. The first two will be available in late September.
- Will there be a 98mm conversion made for this from GL? No.
- When will Lexan bodies be made for this. Late 2024. However you can mount current 102mm lexan bodies from other brands on this now.
- Will 14mm wide tires fit in the rear? Yes.
- When can the batches purchased from HoustonRC to ship to customers? Late September.

Wheels ~ 13g
Battery + rx + transponder ~ 22g
So about 160-170g range for a brass chassis lmp2. Not bad

What type of surface do they recommend running on?

We run them on a foam surface called RCP. For a few hundred bucks you can cover a single car worth of space and have tons of FUN!

Can lmp2 fit with other 102mm shell?

Not out of the box. We are testing body mounts currently, and once we are satisfied with them we’ll release them at HoustonRC.net
